Sunday at Richard's house
Richard just woke up, he checked his phone to see if he got any text message, missed call and emails. But he only got one from Tonton, telling him that he would come in his house this morning.
He got up and went to his restroom to do his usual routine, then head to the kitchen after. He prepared his breakfast, until Ton arrived.
"Ton bakit ka nag punta dito? May problema ba sa kompanya?" He asked.
"Wala naman, kakamustahin ka lang. Ano kamusta na kayo ni Dawn?" Ton replied.
"Okay naman, medyo hindi na ako sinusungitan. Kaso pinipilit padin niya na kasal ako."
"Kanino daw?"
"Kay Andy pre, hindi ko nga alam na nakarating pala sa kanya yun."
"Oh anong sabi mo? Sinabi mo bang hindi naman natuloy yung kasal na yun?"
"Syempre hindi pa. Natutuwa ako kapag nababanggit nya yan eh, para siyang nag seselos."
"Siraulo ka talaga, pero sabihin mo sa kanya yung totoo pare para naman lumevel up na agad yang pagiging friends friends niyo."
"Easy ka lang, step by step tayo pre. Mamaya nga pupunta ulit ako sa kanila eh."
"Ayos ah, talagang pinapayagan ka na niya pumunta sa kanila. Iba ka talaga pre, mahal ka pa nyan sigurado ako."
"Ako pa, sa gwapo kong 'to hindi niya ko matitiis."
"Ang yabang mo, iba din ang kompyansa mo sa sarili. Naalala ko may papapirmahan pala ako sayo bago ako umalis."
"Akin na, yan na ba yung sa contract?"
"Oo pirma mo na lang ang inaantay, ano ba may balak ka pa bang pumasok sa opisina mo? Para kang 1 week nag leave."
"Oo naman papasok pa ako, basta ikaw na muna bahala sa ngayon."
"Oo na sige na, punta na ko sa office. Galingan mo mamaya, makapoints ka na sana."
"HAHAHA siraulo! Umalis ka na!"
As soon as Tonton leaved, Richard got his cup of coffee and went to his garden. He sat on a bench and just relaxed . When suddenly something hit his mind, "kamusta na kaya si Andy?"
Flashback~
December 2013
It was already 11 pm when Richard went to a nearby coffeeshop. He ordered a coffee and went upstairs at the balcony and sat on his favorite spot. He waited for couple of minutes, until his coffee was served.
He put his laptop outside and started to work again. He can't focus and he looked so frustrated.
Until someone approached him.
"Hi, you want some donut? Perfect combination ang coffee and donut." She offered while smiling at him.
He looked up to her and saw a young and beautiful lady on a white and blue dress. Then he turned back his attention to his laptop.
"Ay ang sungit mo naman." She jokingly said as she sat beside him. "Lapag ko na dito yung donut mo ha."
"Hindi kita pinapaupo."
"Grabe, ang sungit talaga. Kanina pa kasi kita tinitignan, stressed na stressed ka na."
He remained silent and did not bother to say anything.
"Ah may problema ka no, ano yun baka makatulong ako." She said and moved towards him. She looked at his laptop and saw a lot of letters. "Grabe, ang dami mong letter ah. Para ba yan sa girlfriend mo? Ah alam ko na kaya ka problemado, hindi ka sinasagot no?"
"Pwede ba, umalis ka. Napakaingay at kulit mo. Iwan mo ako!" He loudly said.
"Ah ma'am excuse me po, may problema po ba dito?" A waiter approached them as he heard Richard.
"No, wala naman. We're just talking." She calmly replied.
"No, actually meron. Hindi dapat kayo nag papapasok ng ganito dito. Bigla biglang lumalapit sa hindi niya kilala. Kaya please paki assist na siya palabas." Richard seriously said.
"Ah sorry po sir pero hindi po namin pwedeng gawin yun." The waiter replied.
"Bakit hindi, sa kanya ba ito!"
The waiter and the lady just looked at him and he got confused.
"Sige na, ako ng bahala makipag usap sa kanya. You can go back to your work. Thank you." The lady said.
"Ikaw may ari nito?" Richard asked as he felt embarrassment in his whole body.
"Oo eh."
"I'm sorry hindi ko alam. Pasensya na nasigawan kita." He said and fixed his things.
He was about to stand up when she stopped him.
"Oh san ka pupunta?"
"Aalis na ako, nahiya ako sa kinilos ko sayo. Pasensya na talaga."
"No okay lang, hindi naman kita pinapaalis. Tsaka hindi mo pa ginagalaw yung donut na bigay ko. Tikman mo na naman, pang bawi mo na rin."
"Sige na nga, pasensya ka na talaga ha."
"It's okay. By the way, I'm Andy Hill."
"Thanks, I'm Richard. Richard Gomez"
End of flashback~
Richard was busy remembering how he first met Andy when his phone rang. He saw the caller and it was Vice.
"Oh Vice napatawag ka?"
"Rich, busy ka ba today?"
"Hindi naman, bakit?"
"Pwedeng favor? Punta ka naman dito sa bahay, nilalagnat kasi si Dawn. Eh aalis ako walang mag aasikaso kay Rachel."
"Ah yun ba, sige walang problema. Pupunta naman talaga ako jan."
"Thank you ha, pakibilisan lang ng konti. May lakad kasi ako ngayon."
"Sige sandali, maliligo lang ako."
