I started to feel pain in my chest. I lifted her from the water and she was pale. I put my head against her chest and heard nothing. Laid her down and started blowing air into her lungs.

I have to leave the cabin and go back to my pack. Which means leaving her here for a few days.

Taking one last look at her and closing the door behind me.
My wolf ran most of the way there. Five minutes in, I turn back into my human form. Getting dressed before entering the trail.

Susan sniff everywhere for that scent but nothing. It seems the trails disappear. I decided to take a break, I've been doing this early this morning. My stomach was getting hungry and walking to the kitchen to see if their was anything that I can eat.
The men gave me weird looks because I was smelling them. Some of them were smiles.

Twenty minutes later when I was done eating my breakfast. I decided to sniff some more of the scent.
As soon as I walk past the door, Jeanette's scent was lingering from inside the door. I turn the door knob quietly , opened the door and pop my head in.
"What are you doing?" A man's voice said behind her. Letting a bit of a growl.
Susan's eyes went wide. Had to think of what to say. Turning her whole body and sees a gorgeous specimen.
It was the Alpha.
Then she noticed Jeanette's scent was coming off of him.
"Where's is she?" I ask him.
"Who?" Looking confused.
"Don't play dumb with me. Where's Jeanette?" Once I said her name. His whole body went a bit stiff.
"I don't know what your talking about." He was lying between his teeth.
"I can smell her on you. Now I'm going to have you answer my question one more time."
"Don't dare question me blood sucker. I am the fucking Alpha here." Growling at her. Trying to scare this blood sucker.
"Growling does scare me." Standing I'm front of him, showing no fear.
"Oh you should be very afraid." Still growling.
"I know you have her Alpha. I can smell her on you. Once my leader finds out he'll be here to question you." I turned my back and walk away. My leader doesn't back down at all.
The smell won't be coming off oh him. It stays on him for the rest of his life.

"Where is she?" Chris ask me.
"Well, that's a excellent question. She's at my cabin, in chains."
"What the fuck, Cage. How could you do that?" My brother growls at me.
Chris was about to say something, but I gave him a look. To keep his mouth shut.
"She's a fucking bloodsucker, this morning she jabs me, in the neck with a stick and I had to chain her up." I left the parts were I bit her leg and drown her.
"This is not how you treat your mate, Cage. You get this once a lifetime, no second chances." John snapping at him.
"I don't give a fuck and don't tell me how to treat a mate, that I don't want.' I shouted at him.
"Well I'll give you one day to bring your mate here. Treat her like would dad would've treated our mom. If not, I'll be telling the lady." Turning around and walk out the door. Chris did the same, look at and nodded his his.
"Fuck." I pounded my desk and it made a crack sound.
He knows I have a weakness for my mom. You don't want to see her other side.
Now I have to play a nice husband. Just fucking great.
Since it's my last night being 'single', I might as well get a good fuck but I'll wait until late tonight.
After a few meetings and dinner was brought to my office. I mind link Dakota to come hereafter ten o'clock tonight in my office.
There was a knock on my door.

The door slowly opened to Dakota.

There was a man in the room. He looks a lot like Cage. Going in and out of consciousness. I can hear talking but I couldn't figure out the word.
I felt a prick in my arm. The pain subsisted, my body was getting heavy and sleepy.
I feel no pain.

I threw the needle in the garbage. Yeah, I went behind my brother's back and went to rescue her. Chris's assistant too.
I was a few minutes late, I was hoping to be here when it happened. My brother can't keep his cock in his pants. She was all sweaty from the suffering she had received.
Chris and I unchain her and wrapped her in a clean blanket. I carried her out of the cabin. She was peaceful in my arms.
Once we arrived at the Palace, I took her to the infirmary and got a doctor to check her up.
Ten minutes later. The doctor said that she is weak but needs a lot of rest.
I sat in the chair against the wall. Closed my eyes.
