Just when I think he is going to leave us alone he opens his mouth again. "You think I am just going to let you take my girlfriend?"
"You're not very smart are you?" David says turning around. "She is mine and will remain mine."
"I say we let her decide who she wants to be with. Delilah who do you want?" Gavin says.
I feel a little squeeze on my hand. "Gavin I am sorry but I am staying with David." I say to him.
"Take the little bitch then." Gavin says, I feel David drop my hand and he starts walking towards Gavin. "She is only after...." is all he gets out before David grabs him by his throat and picks him him.
"Never call her that again. Got it?" When Gavin nods he drops him. "Stay away from her or I will kill you."
"Boss everything okay?" I hear a guy ask behind me.
"Oui, cet idiot pousse ma patience." I walk up to him and take his hand.
"Aliasez-le, nous devons arriver à Kevin." David looks down at me and nods his head. Then he looks back at Gavin and smiles. Next thing I know he pulls me into his chest and kisses me. I gasp out of shock and he uses that to his advantage and shoves his tongue into my mouth. When he pulls away he is smiling. "C'etait pour quoi?"
"Revendiquer, ce qui est à moi." He says turning and walking away with me. "And seeing as how you choose me, when we get back home you will move into my room with me." He says as we get to the Apple Store.
"Mr. Dubois, here is the new phone. It has been added to your plan, the old numbers from the SIM card are transferred over, along with the apps. Anything else we can help you with today?"
"No that will be all. How much is it?"
"We will add it to the bill next month."
"Good. Now let's go find Kevin and Mecha." He says walking out. I notice he is on his phone typing somewhere out.
"What are you doing?" I ask him.
"Having Lydia move your clothing into our closet."
"I never...."
"You are moving to my room. End of discussion." He says as we walk into the book store. "Has he chosen his new books yet?" He asks Mecha, who nods his head. "Keep an eye on her for me please. I am going to pay for them then we are leaving. You and Kevin will ride home with Jack. Delilah and I need to discuss some things before we get there."
"Yes sir." Mecha says. When David walks away he looks at me. "What did you do?"
"I don't know."
"I would figure it out real fast if I were you." He tells me as David comes back with Kevin.
"But I want to ride with Delilah." I hear Kevin say.
"Delilah and I have another stop to make. You need to go home and clean up. We will be home shortly." He says looking down at him. When he nods his head he lets go of his hand and walks over to Mecha. "We will see you at home. Mecha make sure Lydia gets everything moved."
"Okay boss."
"Now come along." David says taking my hand in his. He starts walking pulling me along behind him. I catch up to him and stay next to him. We get out to his car and he opens my door for me. I climb in and he shuts it. Then he goes around and gets in his side. "Never back talk me. That is the one thing I will not put up with." When I give him a lost look he sighs. "When I told you you are moving into my room."
Then it hits me. I look at him in shock. "I was saying I have never shared a room with a man before."
He looks at me for a minute. "Not even for a night?"
"No if I stayed at Gavin's place I would sleep on the couch much to his dislike. I am saving myself for my wedding night."
"You are moving to my room, tonight." He says then he starts the car and drives off.
"Isn't the house the other way?" I ask.
"We have one stop to make before heading home." He says then stops talking. After twenty minutes he pulls over and stops the car. "Out." He says opening my door. I look around and see we are at my bank. I look at him. "We need to go inside to my deposit box and grab something for you." He says. I climb out and we go inside.
"Delilah, how may I help you?" Eric says when he sees me.
"She is with me. I need access to my deposit box." David says annoyed.
"Of course sir. Let me grab the master key."
"How does he know you?"
"I bank here. Everyone here knows me." I tell him as Eric comes out of the office.
"Follow me." He says leading the way down some stairs. He unlocks a gate and walks over to a wall of lockers. "What number sir?"
"Fifty." David replies.
"Here we go then, let me put my key in then I will leave you two in peace." I see them both put keys into the locker then they turn them together. Once it opens Eric removes his key and walks out.
"Come over here." David says to me. I walk towards him. "Hand." He says I give him my right hand. "Left." I roll my eyes and hand him my left hand. He slides a ring onto my ring finger. I look at it and see a beautiful diamond ring. I look up at him. "It was my mother's. It's yours now and our son will pass it on to his wife one day. Now let's get home." He ushering me up the stair. "We have plans to make."
