"can you pleaseeeee?" clay begs.
"ughhhh," i whine.
"pleaseeee!"
"alright fine!" i give in.
"yesss," he does his girly voice. "join, join, join."
"ok, ok, we can't play too long, i still have work tomorrow,"
"i do too but you don't see me complaining," i stay silent, and even though he can't see me, he knows i'm glaring. "i'm joking!"
"yea yea," i open minecraft and join his world he invited me to.
"so i did this with george the other day and it was really fun,"
"are you- are you cheating on me?" i force a stutter.
"what?!" a sudden wheeze escapes me. he quickly changes the subject, "are you here yet,"
"uh," i surprise him by hitting him from behind. his green body snaps around and he screams. he hits me back for revenge and i run away.
"i haven't said what we're doing yet!" he chases after me. i giggle as i go on top of trees and run around on them. "y/n," he wheezes.
"you're only 18, how can you possibly come up with something clever,"
"what!?" i wheeze while he chases me, frantically punching, but not hitting me. "come hereee," he drags his words. i look in f5 mode and see he stopped punching. i turn around and stop moving, so he does too. now that he has my attention, he starts to say what he wants to say. "so basically, you have to try to kill me and if you do, you win. if i kill the ender dragon i win."
"easy peasy lemon squeezy." he chuckled at my cockiness.
"ok, go." he says and runs off.
"wait what," i get caught off guard. when i realize i need to run after him, i do just that. he laughs as i chase a couple blocks behind him. "clayyy~" i sing his name. he chuckles as i get more focused.
"i'm gonna win, you know that right?"
"no you won't." i don't hesitate to say. i see him getting wood, i get to hit him two times as he gets a piece of wood. he runs off again before i can hit him once more. "come onnn,"
10 minutes turns into 30 minutes, to an hour, to two hours, until i was right on his tail when he killed the dragon. of course i raged and swore i won.
this helped me keep thoughts from my mind. we didn't talk about the time traveling after i met my uncle two days ago. he never forced me to say things about jonas, he just tried to get my mind off it. and he's doing a great job. he's being a great boyfriend.
