After the Paramedics came Katsuki and Izuku left for the hospital and Kiri stayed behind. Kiri had promised to tell the teachers what had happened so that when they went back to school it would be fine and then make up something about why Katsuki and Izuku were not able to hangout with their friends (he had decided to tell his fellow classmates that they had gone on vacation together because of how close their moms were).
Izuku POV:
I stood outside waiting to be able to go in to see Kacchan and Eichi (the kid if you don't remember his name). It was pure torture. Finally someone came out and told me I could go in and I rushed in.
When I got into the room I immediately looked at the bed and saw Kacchan, and he was holding Eichi. I looked at our son and saw the resemblance to both of us. He had red eyes like Kacchan but had small specks of green hair on his head. He was beautiful. "C-can I hold him?" I asked crying from joy. Kacchan nodded and handed him over. "He's beautiful." I whispered, sitting on the bed. I cuddled up to Kacchan and he held me. We stayed there for sometime before our parents rushed in.
My mom and Kacchan's mom were both crying while Kacchan's dad was just standing there staring at his grandchild.
~time skip~
After a bunch of tears and passing Eichi around my mom turned to Kacchan and I (who were both still cuddling on the bed) and told us something.
"You guys... so... uhm... Mitsuki and I were talking and... uhh... we have decided to let you guys start to think about possibly getting engaged soon..."
"WHAT!?!?" I yelled, startling Eichi and causing him to cry. "Oh no! Don't cry!" I told him taking him back from Mitsuki. I rocked him to sleep and then handed him to Kacchan.
"Well, uhh... can you guys leave Deku and I alone for a bit?" Kacchan told the parents. They nodded and left the room.
"What is it?" I asked Kacchan, turning so I can look at him.
He reached over to the bedside table and grabbed something that I couldn't see. "Izuku, you know I love you right?" He asked, I nodded, "Well I wanted to let you know that you complete my life and make me whole. You helped bless us with our beautiful son and helped me through my pregnancy. Even though I used to bully you I want to let you know that it was just to cover my true feelings for you." He took a deep breath and shifted a bit, "Izuku, baby, will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?" He asked pulling out a black velvet box and opening it up to show me a beautiful ring (see image at the top).
I choked up. Tears were streaming down my face. I nodded vigorously. "Y-yes! I will m-marry you!" I told him, pulling him into a kiss and rapping Eichi in a warm embrace.
The parents burst into the room all crying tears of joy. "Sorry we eavesdropped on you guys but Katsuki had told us how he was going to propose to you and we just couldn't resist not hearing that cute moment. Congratulations you guys! We are all very proud of you!" My mom said, before dragging Kacchan's parents over to us and rapping us all in a big hug. "Welcome to the Midoryia-Bakuguo family!"
