Rumia is the Youkai of the Dusk, or Youkai of Darkness. When she is hungry, she will go find something to eat. But the thing she eat isn't meat. It is the "Darkness" inside everyone. Since you're the Dark Monarch yourself, Rumia really want to eat the "Darkness" inside of you because it is a lot bigger than a normal person.
And for the level, it is simple, the darkness around you is already big enough for Rumia to absorb then and makes her stronger.
Huh...sounds like cheating.

After finish C-rank dungeon, we decided to take a short rest before get going. And what come have to come.

Looking at the giant castle, i can't tell how surprises i am now. Even they (Rumia, Cirno, Daiyousei) are starring at the castle.
