***Y/N's POV***
The entire team introduced themselves and made me feel very welcome. I think I'll like it here for the most part, I'm just feeling a bit homesick. I think I'll get used to living in Quantico, Virginia, as long as I have someone to show me around so I don't get lost. I glance over at Spencer Reid, he's the boy genius that Emily told me about over the phone. Spencer is tall, handsome as hell, and he has an eidetic memory too. He's super sweet and funny. Emily said he's a bit dorky and awkward but he seems confident, well at least he seems that way when he's around another one of our co-workers, Derek Morgan.
"Y/N? Y/N? Earth to Y/N!" Emily says
"Oh...uh yeah, what were we talking about again?" I turned red, I could feel my cheeks burn of embarrassment.
"We were talking about nicknames and girls night, up until you dozed off into your own world while eyeing Reid and Chocolate Thunder"
"Chocolate Thunder?" I got confused at this.
"Yes, there is nicknames for almost all of us - Mine is Penny, Jennifer is JJ, Aaron is Hotch, Spencer is Spence, Emily is Em, etc." Penelope explained.
"Ohhhh, wait but why is Derek's Chocolate Thunder?" I'm catching on a bit but I'm still confused.
Penelope opened her mouth to speak as Emily cut her off in laughter "You'll figure out soon, it'll take a few days for you to catch on, but you'll catch on."
I answered with "Mhm, got it" because although I wanted to talk to my girls, I kept zoning out trying to figure out what Spencer and Derek were talking about, to see if Derek was teasing him about anything - possibly about me.
"Oooo someone has a crush" JJ cut off my thoughts as Penelope giggled.
"Which one is it? Reid or Morgan? We can see you eyeing the both of them as we speak" Emily laughed.
"I don't really know if it's necessarily a 'crush' because I'm not in the sixth grade lunch table drooling over a boy I just talked to but I'll give you props for trying to profile me" I joke around while blushing.
Our laughter died out a bit when Spencer started to approach us. I began to blush and try to play it off cool so I wouldn't look like a complete fool or start acting like a dork and state a random fact from an old case file I reviewed on the road trip to Virginia.
"O H. M Y. G O D. IT'S HIM! Is it Reid??" Penelope started to whisper scream as Emily laughed.
"I would've thought of you as Derek's type or Hotch's type, but never Spencer's type" JJ laughed.
"I agree, Sin to Win Weekends while we were in college would've proved that theory and backed it up with loads of evidence." Emily looked at our mini group and then back at Reid who was slowly approaching us while looking down at his phone.
I laughed, "I never really said anything about having feelings for him, I just think we'd be a right fit for each other. This is nothing like sixth grade relationship gossip or anything like that, so calm down. But yes, if I were to catch feelings for any guy at the BAU, it would be Reid 100%." The girls were in awe as I paused and looked at him as he neared us some more. "Also, who knows, maybe he's like the sinners we met on our Sin to Win Weekends." I joked as the rest of the group burst into a ton of laughter.
Emily noticed that Reid was getting closer and looked at JJ and Penelope. They nudged me toward Reid as I blushed. I decided to meet him halfway so he would take the hint that I was somewhat interested if he was too.
