Chloe's POV
Today is the twins birthday and we started setting up stuff yesterday and we need to finish today, right now it's 5 in the morning and I'm cooking the rice, boiling the macaroni for the macaroni and cheese, and I'm doing the collard greens. "Chloe what are you doing up?" Rosie asks as she comes in the kitchen "Cooking what are you doing up?" I asks "My nose smelled food and woke me up." She said.
"Can you come taste this for me?" I asked as I held up a spoon with the juice from the rice, she got up and tasted it "It tastes good do you need me to do anything?" She asks "Can you cut up the cheese for me please?" She got a knife, a plate, a bowl, and started cutting the cheese. I refilled Cookie's food and water bowl.
"Chloe I think this house got ghost." Daniel says "How?" "Because I was sleeping and I heard someone say 'Yo they cooking.'" He said "Me too." Rosie said, I shook my head at them "Need any help?" He asks "Clean the chicken or peel the shrimp." I said "I'll do both." He said.
At 7 Lola came in with the birthday girl and boy "There's my babies." I said as I took them from Lola and kissed them "Happy birthday." I said, they smiled and gave me a kiss "How are you two up?" Lola asked Rosie and Dani "Because the food woke us up." Rosie said as she took the chicken out and put more in. I just took the last of the waffles out. "Come on lets go wake everyone up." I said as I take the twins back from Rosie and Dani.
First was Claire I put them on her bed and they crawled to her and slobber on her face "Eww." She says as she wipes it off "Happy birthday Twins." She says as she hugs them, we woke up everyone else then they went downstairs to eat.
Now I just dressed the twins and I put them down and they walk into the living room. "Aww." Cleo says, I go back in the kitchen Lola is making the potato salad "Baby taste this." So I did "Put a little bit of more mustard then it's fine." I said and she nodded. I started on the ground beef for the bake ziti. Lory comes in the kitchen and go to Lola "Mama." She says as she grabs onto Lola's legs, Lola picks her up and kiss her cheek.
"Hey Lory." She said as Lory put her finger in her mouth, I took it out and kissed her. She laughed, I went back to the ground beef. "We're back." Danielle said as her, Avery, Lucas, and Claire came in the kitchen. "Here's the cake, the cupcakes, the two smash cakes, and cake pops." They say "That's a lot of cake." Claire say as she wash her hands.
Now all the food is done, we're all dressed, everything is set up, and everyone is here. "I can't wait to do this next week." Mia said "Are you sure it's a lot." I said as I laid my head in her lap "I can handle it." She said then we heard a scream. We all got up and went to the backyard and the kids except for Ceecee, Mason, and Claire ran to us "There are wolfs." Elliot said as he ran behind Delilah.
"Elliot it's okay they're friendly." Cleo said as the pup runs to us "Hey little buddy this is Elliot." Cleo said pointing to him, the pup slowly walked over to him and sat in front of him "Why are you playing with wild animals?" Mom asks as the mother comes over "I saved her pup." I said as I petted her. "I'm going to name you Destiny." Ivory said she's Ivy's daughter. "And your name is Dixon." Mason said, the wolf's licked their faces.
"They like their names." Lily said "But you don't know where they been." Lucy said "I wash them every time they come." Amanda says. "In the house?" Candace asks "Of course not." She said as we walked back to the living room. I called the kids back in so they can wash their hands and eat. I fed the babies then ate my food.
Now we're singing happy birthday to the twins, they're super excited. "Okay now blow out your candles." Lola says, they try and the kids help them. "Yay" we say as we started clapping, I take the candles out of their cakes and they start eating their cakes while I cut the other.
Whoever wanted cake got cake, and the rest got a cupcake. "You like your cake?" I asked the twins as they licked the frosting off their fingers, they just continued eating their cake. "Hey Chloe." "Hey Abby what's up." I asks "Nothing just wanted to talk." She said "Here or somewhere more private?" I asked "I guess private so Candace don't over hear." She said. "Okay." I said getting up, I told Lola I'll be back and she said okay.
I took Abby to my other room "So you know how we adopted Gabriella right?" She asks "Yeah." I say as I we sit in the reclining chairs "Well I think Candace wants her own biological kid which I'm totally fine with but I think she's scared that we're not going to have enough time for two kids with us playing basketball." She said "I don't blame her because that's the same thing that I was thinking when I was pregnant with Claire. But if one of us was going away the other will stay with the kid.
But if we was both going away to different places you decide who takes the kid but if your going to the same place then that's fine just make sure you have everything you need for your baby. I say take the first 6 or seven months of the babies life off of basketball but continue to practice with your team so you don't miss nothing." I said "I know it was a lot for you, you had two babies." She said and we laughed a little "Yeah it was but I got used to it and they're one now." I said. "Thank you." She said and I nodded. We went back to the party. When it was over all the kids had a cake pop and candy bag.
