𝐖𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐊 𝐃𝐎𝐖𝐍 the hallway, our sides bumping against each other softly. I smile down at the ground, he carefully interlaces his fingers with mine. Grabbing my hand. The small gesture making me laugh softly, "What?" He says softly, a slight chuckle to his voice.
"I don't know, this just feels nice. The dance and all that, it makes me feel like a giddy teenage girl." I look down at my feet, unsure of why I told him something so personal. He stops in his tracks, facing me.
"Well then..." He whispers, tracing my jaw with his fingers, slightly lifting my chin to face him. "Don't teenage girl dreams end with a magical kiss." I can't help but laugh, "That's sounds so cheesy Corner"
He laughs, cupping my face with his big hands. I'm immediately mesmerized by him, his dark brown eyes staring into my soul. I stand up on my tippy toes and lean forward to press my lips to his. It's soft and sweet but I don't mind. The teenage girl in me has taken over and is going in head over heels. He brushes his hand through my hair as he hungrily pulls me closer.
As we break apart, I find myself gasping for air. "I think you did a splendid job fulfilling my teenage dreams tonight." He gives me a grin, "If you think it's over, you're painfully wrong."
We skip on down to the room of requirement, laughing and teasing each other along the way. I open the door of the room of requirement and I'm greeted by a loud bass. I drag him by his arm, "I want to dance!" I shout, hoping he'll hear me through the music. "Dance?" He shouts back, I nod at him. He grabs my hand once more and leads me to the dancefloor.
The music here is, well how do I put it delicately, more like: I want to fuck. You can see everyone on the dancefloor is a hot sweaty mess. And I'm about to join them.
We start dancing, kind of normally at first but eventually it turns into the same hot mess that everyone around us is. I'm rubbing my ass against his dick, feeling it getting hard against me. I turn around, facing him. Our foreheads are touching, and he lets out a soft growl, well that's fucking hot. I grab his face and kiss him passionately.
Suddenly he's dragged away from me, "What the-" Then I see Draco with his fist in the air, ready to collide it with Michael's face. I try and grab my wand in time but he's too fast and his fist collides with Michael's face. "Petrificus totalus!" I shout, Draco falls frozen to the floor. I rush to Michaels side. "Are you alright?"
"I got to say, for a skinny dude like him he can sure throw a punch." You can already see a bruise forming on his face. "Come on let's sit down. "I decide to let Draco lie there until he unfreezes. It's his own damn fault.
We sit down on the couches; I grab some ice from the drinks table and put it to his cheek." Damn that's cold."
"What's his deal anyway? Wasn't he here with some girl anyways?" I immediately scan the room but I have no luck finding her, "She came? That's so adorable." Michael furrows his brow, "Adorable?" I shake my head and laugh, "I had a little fun ridiculing her this morning, I know it sounds horrible but she's just so damn gullible."
"You're a little cruel, aren't you?" He says, laughing it off. "I can enjoy people's pain sometime. However, I'm definitely not enjoying this. I'm so sorry. I'll teach him a lesson tomorrow." He grabs a cigarette from inside his dress pants, lighting it carefully. "I must say that bat bogey hex on Zabini was beautifully done. We really enjoyed it at the Ravenclaw table." I laugh, grabbing his cigarette and taking a hit. "I think Malfoy can use one of your hexes as well." I ruffle through his hair, "I might. I'll see what I'll do to him."
There's an impressive purple bruise forming on his face. "Do you want to find a place a bit more private?" He says, looking at me with a very neutral expression. I'm not quite sure why he wants to find a private spot, but I'm not saying no to that. "Yeah, there's a storage room just around the corner, we can go there. "
I open the door to the storage room and memories resurface of me and Draco in this room. Our steamy 'goodbye' and many more times we've been in here. "I took a blanket from the couch with me, so we can sit a little bit more comfortably." He spreads the fluffy blanket on the ground, "My hero." I say with a laugh.
We sit down on the ground; I look at him unsure of what to say. God, the teenage girl hormones have really taken me over today. "Wanna smoke?" He says, I chuckle as I grab my purse. "Do you mean smoke or smoke smoke?" He throws his head back as he laughs, "Smoke smoke." I take my bag of weed out of my purse and wave it in front of him. He takes it from me and rolls us both our own blunts.
"I had a lot of fun tonight." He says, we both finished our blunts and I'm now laying down on my back, my head resting on his legs. He's combing through my hair with his hand, "I know that you-" I raise my hand to stop him from talking any further. "I know what you've heard about me, I'm sure you've been warned about me as well." He chuckles softly, "But I haven't felt like this in a long time. Merlin, I sound so cheesy." I shake my head as I start laughing at my own stupidity. "It's okay, please do go on."
"I just, I like to close myself off from people. Not getting too close to them. Partly because I'm afraid, afraid of what'll happen. There are so many things which can go wrong, you can get bored of someone, fall out of love or fall in love with another. It's like a minefield. I just don't want to waste my energy by putting it into something that didn't even deserve it in the first place."
I got to say, that's the most honest I've ever been with myself, let alone someone else. I quickly look at Michael, hoping to not see a disgusted or angry face staring down at me. But of course, there isn't. He looks at me full of understanding and the butterflies in my stomach are fluttering all over the place.
