I had 20 munites till my date with Bakugo wait was it a date? No kiri it's just hanging out as friends don't get your hopes up. I took a shower and realized I don't have anything to wear it may not be a date but he's still my crush. I texted Mina to come over and help then I brushed my hair and teeth before there was a knock on the door "come in" then my pink haired best friend for walked in with some outfits in her hands I just loved her she was so prepared. "I got you some things you might like" she said excitedly "omg Mina you're a life saver" ......after I was changed I had decided on a black crop top with jeans, a red flannel around my waist and white converse. Then the rest of the squad showed up. Denki and Sero started teasing me about it of course they knew about my crush. We laughed and talked until there was a knock what's it him he said he'd text.Denki opened to door and standing there was Jiro Denki's purpled hair girlfriend I was nice and funny I really enjoyed having her around plus she was part of the squad. She told Denki something and he just said "well guys in off kiri try not to blush the whole date" he laughed and walked out placing a kiss on Jiro's check. It was just the three of us well I knew Sero and Mina liked each other. Because they each came to me and told me asking for advice I'm pretty sure Denki knew too since he's the only one who's actually confessed to his crush. so I stood up and said "guys why don't you to go watch a movie or something Bakugo will be here soon" as I opened the door they both thought I was trying to help them which I was but they didn't know about the others crush and I promised both I wouldn't tell a soul. "Sure have fun on your date" Sero chuckled ashe stood up ready to leave then he turnd to us and asked Mina "what movie would you like to watch?" I could see the blush on both their checks and tried to hold my laugh. Mina hid hers with her hair and answered "I don't know surprise me I'll be down in a sec" he just nodded and left. Then I turned to Mina and winked as I elbowed her jokingly she just laughed and said "thanks Kiri" I shrugged "that's what besties are for now go he's waitinggg~" she stood at the door and said "I think you should tell him how you feel" then turned and left. I sat on my bed thinking about it maybe I should tell him. Then there was a knock on the door and I knew it wasn't him because he said he'd text me so I opened it shrugging only to be met with that ash blonde hair and deep red eyes that I'd fallen for. "Hey I know I said I was gonna text but turns out I don't have your number" he said handing me his phone to put in my number I quickly got mine out of my bag and handed it to him and smiled "I want yours too" I put in my number and saved it as "Kirishima" then handed him his phone he looked at it and frowned "you can change it if you want" I said shyly he smiled as he types in my new contact name and I leaned closer to see what it was as soon as I saw my face was as red as my hair he saved me as "red♥️" with a heart I couldn't help but smile and say "yes that is better" then I looked at my phone and saved him as "kat💖💥" then showed him "I like it but why the explosion emoji?"  I shrugged. He said chuckling oh my gosh his laugh and smile I felt my heart jump out of my chest as he smiled. Then he said "can we go now red?" I smiled as I closed my dorms door and we walked to the elevator. I kept thinking about what Mina said maybe I should tell him. No then if he rejects me our friendship might not be the same but if he doesn't....."Red? Kiri?" A hand was having infront of my face "sorry guess I zoned out" I chuckled nervously rubbing the back of my neck we walk out of the elevator and see Mina and Sero sitting on the couch akwardly both keeping their hands to at their side's I could tell they were debating weather to hold the others hand or not so I decided to help.  As I passed by the back of the couch I lift Sero's hand and place it on Mina's then wink at both of them  as I walk out laughing at how red their faces were. Me and Bakugo talked about everything and anything I loved hearing his voice there was just something about it that made me feel like I don't have a care in the world when I'm with him. "What flavors would you like?" the lady at the front asked "I'd like mint please" I said still looking at the list of flavors "I'd like vanilla" Bakugo said bluntly I looked at him in disbelief "what?" I turned to the lady and said "for him not vanilla how about cookies and cream" she looked at me then Bakugo and he just sighed as he took our ice cream and sat at a booth. "What was wrong with vanilla?" He asked. I turned and looked him in the eyes then out of all seriousness I said "its so plain you don't go out and order plain stuff it just won't to" I said shaking my head dramatically m then we both burst out laughing as he wiped a fake test from his eye "ok if you say so" once we were done he suggested we go to a nearby park. We sat on a bench and talked and talked then he said he had to go use the bathroom I sat on the bench waiting for him as I thought then I made up my mind. When he comes out I'll tell him how I feel. I waited and waited then after half an hour I decided something's not right so I texted him. No response I started to panic what if something happens to him. Then I heard my phone go off I looked at the notification text from Bakugo it red 'come to the top of the hill at the end of the park I'm waiting' what was this about? I put my phone in my pocket want walked up the hill. There he was the sun was setting and it looked so beautiful. There was a picnic basket and blanket. "What's all this?" I asked looking around. He just shrugged and motioned for me to come sit on the blanket which I did. There were sandwiches and soda we at and talked "when did you get time to do all this?" I asked sipping my Coke. Actually I got Jiro and Denki to help but they took long to get here that's why I was gone or almost an hour" he said. Then I remembered earlier when they left. This what they must have been doing. I smiled and turned to him our crimson eyes meeting "I'm I actually wanted to tell you something" I said shyly "me too" Bakugo said still looking into my eyes "you can go first I said "oh ok " he broke eye contact for a second as he grabbed my hand and looked at out interwined fingers then back at my eyes
