Megan POV
It's Saturday and I'm back at work.
After the fiasco in the forest (which totally sounds like a rock band name), Dean has once again been periodically checking up on me.
How ironic, the most dangerous psychopath in Lakeview constantly making sure one of his possible targets is safe from other psychopaths.
I told him earlier that I can't text for a good three hours though, because I'm going to work. I put my phone away before I could see what he texted, but apparently he isn't super clear on the concept of work, and not getting distracted by your clingy boyfriend.
"Megan, you're needed out front." My boss says, poking her head in the door.
I walk out of the back room and walk into the main part of the store.
The first person I see, which is really the only other person here, is none other than Dean.
The moment our eyes connect, he grins at me and saunters over.
"Hey Meg." He says brightly, pulling me into a hug.
"Dean, what are you doing here?" I demand, looking around to see if anyone is looking at us, which there isn't.
"I came to see my girlfriend." He says innocently, pulling back and smirking at me.
"I'm working though." I protest, trying to figure out why he thinks it's a good idea to stroll in here to see me.
"How much longer till you're done?" He asks.
"I don't know, at least an hour." I say, glancing at the back room.
The last thing I want is my boss coming out to yell at Dean and I. If she does, there's a chance that she might die within the week.
"Alright, I can wait." Dean says, shrugging.
"I don't know when I'm going to be done though. I still have the shipment to work through, then I have to take the cardboard out back." I explain, starting to get impatient.
I love my boyfriend to death, but he always wants to be around me. Like, every second of the day. It's exhausting sometimes.
"Well," He says decisively, giving me a sly grin. "I guess I'll just have to wait for you out back."
Dean POV
The main reason as to why I'm at Megan's work is because I'm moving out of my apartment and since I don't have much, it only takes me half a day to clean everything up.
The movers are supposed to come tomorrow to help me move into my new apartment, but until then I have nothing to do.
I also have to sleep in my car again, which isn't terrible, but I'd prefer to have Megan with me.
So, that's why I'm deciding to bother her now, is because I'm bored and I want to spend more time with her.
I walk out of the store and make my way around to the back of it.
The dumpsters come into view, and I decide to sit against one until Megan shows up.

After about an hour and a half of doing random shit on my phone, I finally hear the back door open and close.
I look up to see Megan carrying a large stack of cardboard in her hands.
"Seriously?" She asks in exasperation, as she makes her way over to the dumpster.
She raises her shaky hands and attempts to throw the cardboard away, but half of it doesn't make it and falls to the ground.
"Fucking hell." Megan mutters angrily, bending down and picking up everything she dropped.
I laugh, then help her pick up the rest.
"How about this, I'll help you with the cardboard, if you let me stay with you for a bit?" I ask hopefully.
Megan sighs, then nods.
I grin at her as she starts to walk away.
We go through a cycle where she brings the cardboard out and I throw it out, since I'm much stronger and taller than her.
We get it done pretty quickly, but apparently she's not done yet.
"So, wanna hang out now?" I ask, smirking at her.
"I can't, I still have to clean up." Megan sighs.
"How long will that take?" I ask.
"About half an hour maybe." She answers.
Ugh.
All I want to do is spend time with my girlfriend! Is that too much to ask?!
"Fine, but let me do this first." I pull Megan towards me by her waist and kiss her.
She kisses back, but pulls away quickly.
"I have to go, Dean. I'm sorry." She says, glancing at the door.
"I know. I'll wait for you in the parking lot though." I say, stepping back.
"Okay, I'll see you later, you lunatic." Megan says with a laugh.
I smile at her departing figure, then walk back to my car.
Once I get in, I pull up to the front of the store and wait for my girlfriend to leave.
