Meghan's POV:
"Whatcha doing?" Luke asked creeping up behind me.
"Well it's been a week since we went shopping and based on how the stuff you bought tasted the day of buying it, I decided to organize the fridge." I explained. It was around eight in the morning and the other three were still asleep. We were currently on our way to Chula Vista, California And I was bored.
Over the past week Luke and I have gotten pretty close as well as the other members. They've accepted me into their weird little group and treat me like I'm their sister.
"Bottom shelf is my stuff, middle is fruits and diaries, and top is expired products." I said giving him a look.
"At least not all of its expired. Besides if it doesn't have mold, it's still good." Luke rebutted.
I rolled my eyes are closed the fridge." What's the plan for today?" I asked him.
"Depending on when we get there we'll do dinner maybe, quick sound check, and then the show. Then we leave for Irvine tonight." He answered." Thankfully our next show isn't till the twentieth so on the nineteenth we can just chill, go out, etc."
I nodded and started to make my breakfast.
"Do you want anything while I'm over here?" I asked him.
"I'll make myself breakfast. I'm an independent man." Luke replied. He got a bowl down from the cupboard followed by a box of cereal. As I was cutting up a banana, out of the corner of my eye I could see Luke pouring his milk. I turned to see him putting my soy milk back in the fridge.
"Wait!" I said but he already tasted it. He gagged and spit it into the sink." That was soy milk." I told him.
"That was the worst thing I've ever tasted." He said, wiping his mouth." How do you drink that stuff?"
"It's an acquired taste." I answered handing him the regular milk.
"I don't want to waste it." Luke whined. I took the bowl from him and started eating it.
"I'm not sure that's vegan. It has granola." Luke commented.
"All cereal is vegan unless there's droplets of steak or something. I can have gluten I just choose not to eat a lot of it." I explained. I finished the bowl and drank the milk at the bottom before finishing what else I was preparing.
"You sure can eat." He said, making himself a new bowl of cereal." Before you take that as an insult I mean it as a compliment. I like a girl with a strong appetite."
"Well I'm always hungry." I responded." Do you wanna try this?" I asked referring to what was on my plate.
"What is it?" He asked.
"Vegan rice cakes with almond butter covered with bananas." I replied. I held one out to him and he took a bite.
"This is good." He said, his mouth full of rice cake." I always thought vegan food was gross."
"It mostly tastes the same as normal foods but it's made differently." I told him." So really I'm not missing out on a lot."
"Have you ever eaten meat?" Luke asked.
"Yeah. I've only been vegan for about a year now. I wanted to try it out and see how I feel about it and it's really not that bad. People assume that because you're vegan, you only eat healthy. Not true because I have like three pints of vegan ice cream in the fridge." I explained." Veganism doesn't equal healthy and I hate how media influencers make it out to be like that."
"That's really cool. I tried being vegetarian for a month and I lasted three days and on the forth I ate two sixteen oz steaks in one sitting." He chuckled. Just then Michael exited the bathroom and slumped back into the other room.
"How long have we been up?" I asked Luke.
"About forty five minutes." He shrugged.
"Lovely." I gagged.

Luke's POV:
"Who's ready to party?!" Calum hollered as he came inside the bus.
"We are just waiting on Meghan to finish getting ready." I said.
"Sweetie no point in looking good, no one will be there to see you." Ashton hollered.
"I could say the same to you." She hollered back. The rest of us burst out laughing as Ashton stepped away from the door with a hurt look.
"That hurt." He pouted.
"It's okay big buddy, we're here to see you." Michael said, coddling him.
"Okay lets go." She said walking out.
I couldn't help but stare at her; she looked sexy as hell.
"Better be buttoning that jacket up because you are showing way to much cleavage." Ashton commented." You are seventeen please stop dressing like you're twenty five."
"I look fine, let's go." She said.
"Mamma didn't raise a hoe." Ashton joked as they walked out.
"Of course she did I'm looking right at him." She joked back, following behind.
"Everyday she grows on me more." I said to Calum as we left.
"She's a sassy young thing." Michael commented." Finally someone I can get along with."
Ashton's POV:
When Meghan walked my inner monologue was going," quick throw something over her to cover her up." But I acted chill.
"Let's go." She said.
I looked at the guys and I noticed Luke was staring at her and not the same way Calum it Michael was.
Calum and Michael looked at her like I was, like an older brother but Luke looked at her like he wanted her.
Much like how Michael looks at pizza.
"Better be buttoning that jacket up because you are showing way to much cleavage." I commented." You are seventeen please stop dressing like you're twenty five."
"I look fine, let's go." She said.
"Mamma didn't raise a hoe." I joked as I walked out.
"Of course she did I'm looking right at him." She joked back, following behind me.
"How dare you." I gasped." Calum would never call me a hoe."
"Don't bring me into this." Calum laughed." This weird sibling rivalry."
"I'm just kidding Ashton, you're not a hoe." She told me, giving me a side hug as we walked." You're a slut." The other three burst out laughing.
I shook my head and jokingly pushed her off." You're so mean to me."
"Only out of love." She replied as we walked inside the arena.
We walked through backstage and made it to the dressing room.
Meghan's POV:
While we were waiting, Ashton and I were learning the Parent Trap handshake.
"Then its a butt bump." I said we did one and on the second he bumped me so hard a fell over.
Luckily Luke caught me before I hit the ground.
"That's what you get for calling me a hoe." Ashton snickered.
"Thanks." I told Luke. I straightened myself out and the boys were called to the stage.
"Enjoy the show." Luke winked at me. I smiled and they walked out.
Luke's POV:
"Dude," Ashton said, tapping my shoulder.
"Do you like my sister?" He asked." I won't be mad if you say yes, I just wanna know."
"Yeah, I do. I really like her."
