Kiefer Ravena
"Kuya, how did you know that it's Mika?" Thirdy asked me while we were hitting the gym. A smile curved in my lips because of all the thoughts about Mika. I think I fell in love with her since day one. I can still remember how we first met, how I got her number without any blood shed, how we dated, and so on.
"Hey! You were smiling by yourself, mukha kang tanga!" He snapped out of me.
"Okay. I knew it was Mika when I went out of my comfort zone, put down all my defenses, amd finally admitted to myself that I love her." I said, Thirdy was still carefully listening to me.
"We were in that phase right? We were pretending as married couples. But, I had several what ifs in my mind. One thing is what I was sure of, I love her." I added.
"You'll settle for that?" Thirdy asked that made me give him a 'what-do-you mean' glare.
"That. I mean, you and Mika in a fake marriage!" Shoot! We were still not married (technically) because that was fake.
"You know what's running inside my mind right now?" I gave Thirdy a meaningful look.
"Kuya, don't tell me..." I did not let him finish his sentence and I just nodded. Thirdy seemed to got the message and so he said, "Count me in!"

Mika Reyes
I was staying in our home with Ate Karina and Ate Lorina. The twins are already eight months old and if I may just add, napakalikot nila. Especially Kenzo who will always run around the moment he stepped on the floor! Katie, on the other hand, knows how to stand on her own.
"Kenzo, no! That's dirty, okay? Dirty!" I ran after Kenzo who is now crawling in our living room. He was trying to get a cookie crumb that was already on the floor.
"Darling, si Katie ang taas taas pa rin ng lagnat simula kagabi!" Ate Karina told me.
"Ha? Pinainom ko na yun ng gamot ah?" I carried Kenzo and made my way to their room. Katie was crying in her crib so I put Kenzo on the couch first.
"Shhh! Katie, mom is here." I hushed Katie to sleep. Her body was flaming hot because of fever. Katie kept on crying so I sang her a lullaby. Her favorite was Let It Go in Frozen.
Minutes later, she fell asleep on my arms. Katie looks like an angel from above. I continued rocking her to sleep only until I saw Kenzo biting the remote control of the TV.
"This is not food, Kenzo. Are you hungry?" I asked him. Kenzo simply smiled at me while showing off his dimples which he got from Kiefer. I gently put down Katie to her crib and prepared Kenzo's milk.
"Say 'mommy' first before I give you your milk!" I waited for Kenzo's respond but his focus was not on me.
"Kenzo, look at mommy." Kenzo faced me and I can't resist his fluffy cheeks. "Say 'mommy'."
I waited for Kenzo to speak. My eyes and ears were all in him.
"M-mommy." He spoke. Wait what? Kenzo called me mommy?
"Ulitin mo nga yun, baby? Please for mommy." I immediately took my phone and immediately recorded a video of it.
"Sabihin mo nga Kenzo, 'mommy'." Kenzo was looking at the camera. I was waiting for another heart stopping moment of my life.
"Mommy!" This time, he even clapped his hands while saying 'mommy'. One for the books.
I screamed and hugged my child because of the sudden excitement and happiness I felt. Because of that, I did not notice that Kiefer was also there inside the room.
"Hi Love! Anong nangyare at bakit tuwang tuwa ka?" Kiefer leaned in to kiss me on the cheek as well as Kenzo.
"Kasi si Kenzo, tinawag na nya akong mommy!" I told Kiefer about it. His jaw dropped and turned to Kenzo, "Really baby? You did that?" Kenzo smiled.
"Sige nga, say 'daddy'!" Kiefer made him face Kenzo. We waited for a few minutes.
"Da-da!" Kenzo muttered. I felt tears lightly approaching the brim of my eyelids.
"He called me 'dada'!" Kiefer said while jumping up and down. I fed Kenzo and let him sleep in my arms. Kiefer was looking at Katie who was sleeping in her crib.
"Oh anong nangyare kay Katie?" He asked me.
"Nilalagnat. Kanina pa yang umaga, ang taas ng lagnat."
"Oh hi baby! Nilalagnat ka daw?" Kiefer carried Katie on his shoulders.
"Napainom mo na sya ng gamot?" He asked me.
"Oo, pero sinusuka lang. Ikaw nga try mong painumin." I gave him the bottle. Kiefer carefully gave it to Katie.
"See? Ganun lang yon." Kiefer was being too proud of himself because napainom nya si Katie ng gamot.
"Come on, I prepared dinner sa baba." I said. Kiefer and I went downstairs while carrying the twins. We left them in the living room with Ate Loren and Ate Karina while watching Big Hero 6.
"How's your training?" I started talking while we were having dinner.
"Kapagod, love. Sobra." Kiefer looked down and continued eating.
"Love, kanina nga pala, may wedding magazine na binabalak tayong magmodel para sa magazine nila. Next year issue pa naman daw yun kasi sa March pa nila irerelease." I told him and then he choked so I gave him a glass of cold water.
"Oh ano sabi mo?"
"Kung papayag ka syempre, edi papayag na ako. Wedding Fair daw kasi nila yun ipupublish next March." I gave him a heads up.
"Sige. Ano daw bang gagawin?" He asked me.
"Photoshoot lang siguro yun. G ka na ha!"
After our dinner, Kiefer helped me tuck the twins to sleep. As usual, Kenzo don't want to sleep. So, Kiefer was the one in charge. Kay Kiefer lang kasi nakikinig yun.
"Love, ang taas pa rin ng lagnat ni Katie. Do you think something is wrong?" I was really sad because Katie was in pain. She is sick.
"Dalhin natin sya sa hospital kapag bukas may lagnat pa rin sya." He replied, "Katie will be okay."
I watched how Kiefer took care of Katie all night even though he was so tired from practice. Good thing Kenzo was already fast asleep that's why we were just taking care of Katie.
"You should sleep now. Maaga ka pa bukas." I sat closer to him.
"Paano si Katie? Baka magising na naman." He insisted. It's already 12:45 AM.
"Ako na nga bahala. Sige na."
"Ikaw na ha?" I just nodded. Kiefer tucked himself to sleep while I was watching over Katie. Kawawa naman baby ko, may sakit.
After a few minutes, Kenzo cried. So, I got him from his carriage and hushed him to sleep. "Bakit ka umiyak, ha?" I talked sweetly at him but Kenzo cried even more.
I gave him milk and he immediately drank it. Ay gutom pala! Kenzo finished his bottle fast and I sang lullabies before he shut his eyes. I put him down slowly so that I won't wake him up.
Before I could leave their room, Katie cried out loud. This time, she cannot sleep because of her fever.
"Katie! Tulog ka na ulit, sige." I said while swaying from side to side with Katie resting in my arms. Katie obeyed and she gently slept. Her fever came down from 39 C to 37 C.
I took a glance at my twins who were now sleeping in their cribs. Katie looks like me but the difference is she got her nose and her lips from Kiefer. Kenzo was more like of the Ravena's gene pool, total package of Kiefer Ravena but the complexion was mine.
Before I leave their room, I kissed both of them in their cheeks. I cannot leave them here, so I decided to transfer them in our room.
"Love, anong ginagawa mo?" Kiefer asked, half awake.
"Nililipat ko yung dalawa dito. Why?"
"Huh? May kwarto nga sila diba?" He mumbled as I put Kenzo beside him.
"Mikaaaa, wag na sila dito. Madaganan mo pa yan eh!" I did not bother to answer him because I need to get Katie too. When I got inside our room, I saw Kiefer sleeping in our couch.
"Oh bakit ka lumipat?" I tapped him.
"Tabi na lang kayo ng twins. Ako nalang dito." He was about to cover himself with his blanket when I pulled it.
"Dun na lang tayong apat. It would be enough." I grabbed him. Kiefer slept beside Katie, next was Kenzo, and finally myself.

Mika Reyes
I was with Billie and Dani today for the preparation of the first birthday celebration of my twins next December 25. Mommy Mozzy and my mom were babysitting the twins for me. On the other hand, Kiefer was on his daily training.
From birthday themes up to the smallest details, were really tiring. Double trouble pa, kung ano yung kay Katie, may counter part yung kay Kenzo. The theme was divided into two, Hello Kitty and Cars. Kenzo was really fond of Lightning McQueen while Katie really likes Hello Kitty and she even calls herself as "Katie Kat".
"Mika, the venue said yes earlier. Clear naman daw schedule nila ng December 25, 3 pm." Billie said. Venue, check!
"Then ate, yung cake, okay na din. Two layers diba? Yung Hello Kitty, chocolate. Yung Cars, mocha." Dani added. Cake, check!
"So next stop natin, yung costume ng dalawa." I mumbled and we were just in time.
"Hi Mika! It's good to see you!" Paul Cabral, one of Mommy Mozzy's friend, offered to make the costume of my twins.
"Hello po. I'm with Dani and Billie." The two ladies with me said hi too. We sat opposite to Paul.
"I heard about the theme. One is Frozen while the other one is Cars. Right?" He asked me.
"Yes. So, may idea po ba kayo sa pwedeng costume nung twins?"
"Sa baby girl mo, we can dress her up like a Hello Kitty princess. It's up to you naman. Yung sa boy, car racer." Paul explained. I nodded while picturing in my mind what would the kids look like.
"Paano po sila masusukatan?" I inquired.
"You can go here naman from 10 AM up to 6 PM para nandito ako." After that, we headed home already. Kiefer and I still need to finalize the guest lists for the invitations.
"Hi babies! Hello Ma & Mommy!" I greeted my mom and Mommy Mozzy.
"Buti naman nakauwi ka na, kanina ka pa hinahanap nitong si Kenzo!" Mommy Mozzy gave me Kenzo.
"Momma!!" I showered him with light kisses on his plump cheeks.
"Si Katie po?" I asked them.
"Natutulog. Binabantayan ni Karina." My mom spoke and we went upstairs to see my little angel. I lifted her sleeping figure closer to me and planted a kiss on Katie's forehead that made her beautiful eyes opened.
"Aww hello baby!" Katie smiled at me which made my whole day complete.
"Miss Mika, maiwan ko muna kayo ha." Our helper told me. My baby was still sleeping in my arms. Sa kanila kasing dalawa ni Kenzo, mas pababy si Katie than Kenzo.
"Hi love!" Kiefer entered the room we were. He was now carrying Kenzo.
"Oh, nakauwi ka na pala." I hugged him.
"Yes. Ikaw kamusta naging lakad nyo?" We sat on the bed while Kenzo was playing around the room.
"Pagod syempre, pero tapos na namin lahat ng kailangan." I nudged over his shoulder at the same time, Katie was sleeping soundly on my chest.
"Kiefer, habulin mo nga si Kenzo! Tignan mo mauuntog na dun sa drawer!" He immediately obeyed and followed Kenzo. Napakalikot kasi nung batang yon, kay Kiefer lang talaga nakikinig!
"Ayan, nauntog ka. Behave lang kasi Kenzo, okay?" Kiefer talked to his son face to face after Kenzo bumped on the drawer. It seems like he was talking to mini Kiefer version. Such a cutie.
"Dada, sowieee." Kenzo can now talk but there are some words he cannot pronounce properly.
Katie and him call us as 'Momma' and 'Dada'. They refer Mommy Mozzy and Daddy Bong as 'Momsie' and 'Popsie'. The twins knew Dani as 'Tita Dan' and Thirdy as 'Tito'. My mom and dad were called as 'Mamita' and 'Papito'.
"Come on, dinner is ready." It was my mom who called us to go down stairs. During our dinner, Katie and Kenzo were seated in their high chair.
"Miks, pinapakain mo pa sila pag gabi?" Mommy Mozzy asked.
"Mashed potato lang po. Lalo na kapag hindi sila masyadong nag-milk ngayon." I answered.
"Momma, potatiee." Katie was pointing at her mashed potato. She was actually referring to her food.
"Love, ano daw?" Kiefer asked me.
"Alam na kasi ni Katie kung ano yung mashed potato." I giggled.
"Tignan nyo 'to ha." I said then added, "Baby, what's your name?"
"Katie kat." All of them chuckled after Katie spoke and did her beautiful eyes antics.
"How about you baby boy, what's your name?"
"Kenzo." I was the one who taught them those.
"Your children are really smart." Mom commented.
"Kanino pa ba magmamana?" Kiefer giggled.

Kiefer Ravena
Today will be the most memorable day of our twins because it's their first birthday. As usual, Mika was very busy with all the preparations to make the party perfect.
Katie and Kenzo were now ready for the camera. Seems like there will be new selfie prince and princess. We were already in the said venue and the guests kept on coming.
"Love, let's go. The party is about to start." Mika held Kenzo in her arms. On the other hand, I was carrying Katie.
The party was full of our family, closest friends, and some team mates. I have never seen my life would turn around this way. I have a very loving and beautiful wife, we are blessed with twins, and everything else is falling into place.
"Kiefer, I'm so proud of you." It was my Dad who gave me a pat on the back.
"Thanks, Dad."
"I never thought that you would have a family as beautiful as this." We were looking upon Mika together with Katie and Kenzo.
"I couldn't ask for more." I was left speechless after that. Looking at Mika, the one I love, it seems like there is something missing between us. She glanced my way and a smile flickered in her face that made my heart throbbed like a high schooler.
One thing is missing between us and everything will be perfect.
