A/N this chapter will be explaining what happened to Izuku in Vietnam and why he was feared by his comrades and the enemy.
What happens when Izuku gets to the camp
As Izuku was walking up to the camp, he was greeted by everyone there, who explained what was going on in the war, what his job was, and he was given a fair warning as to what he would experience. Izuku had agreed to this as he thought he was fighting for a good cause, which the rest of his comrades also thought but soon they would all be proven wrong. After seeing the things that they saw and experiencing the things that they experienced they would either think of him as a monster or as a god. Neither of the two beings, demonic nor angelic, he particularly liked as to him they were just a hindrance.
The start in the jungle and the position Izuku has.
Early in the morning, Izuku was given the position of a sniper, so he grabbed his ghillie suit and left in the intensely heavy jungle with a Winchester Model 70 with a PVS 2 'Starlight' night vision scope and an M14SS -1 modified to fit and work his rifle, as a pistol he had a Colt 1911 with a flashlight strapped to the bottom of the pistol and for a knife he had brought his own by getting a specially made one, it reminded him of a fishing hook with a machete, as it had a hook and the side opposite of the hook was sharpened made effective for chopping up the Vietnamese. He also had a hidden Karambit to make it look like a tiger attack instead of cannibalism.
As he entered the jungle he could see many Vietnamese soldiers in the trees, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike and kill silently so he took a chance and shot one of the soldiers in the head with the rifle, only to realize that the rest of the soldiers in the trees were sleeping. He started to eat before hearing a blood-curdling scream in front of him 'Shit. This fucking asshole is still alive and he has just woken up his comrades' "Shhhh...." Izuku says creepily before ripping the gooks still-beating heart out of his chest and eating it. But it was too late as the Viet Cong noticed him.
Izuku killing Vietcong
For some reason, the Viet Cong didn't try to shoot him but they ran away yelling "Quái vật! (Monster)" and Izuku being hungry, ran after them capturing them, then horrifically mutilating them, eating their heart and using his Karambit to slice their flesh to make it look like a tiger or something similar killed them.
*1 month later*
It didn't take long for him to get used to the isolation and stalking upon his prey then silently taking them out than taking the ammunition from their bloody corpse, from this his original quirk had evolved a bit, because he could now camouflage and climb on walls, of course, he used this to his advantage in the war. At one point he got bored and decided to mark his kills in a little notebook that he had in his ghillie suit, he marked them in a tally and was now up to 21 although, he was surprised at how many of these fucking gooks were in the trees. But he kept on killing them as he was instructed.
Traps and friendly fire
As Izuku was walking through the dense forest he could smell a lot of the Vietcong, so he walked towards the noises and he had found a camp where they were torturing his friends, he decided that the best way to go about it was to hide in a tree and shoot them one by one though as he was walking to the camp he heard a click under his left foot and after thinking about what to do he had concluded that it was a mine and shoot himself in the right lung, forcing him to revert into a younger, still mature age. When this happened, the pressure of the mine had changed causing the explosive to react and blow up.
*Time skip*
When he was roughly 30 meters away from the camp Izuku heard "Agent Orange dropping on you, Smith. Suit up." Coming from a radio of a dead man sprawled on the floor with a bullet hole through his eye Izuku looked above to see C-123 spraying some sort of orange mist, as soon as it touched Izuku he was in an indescribable burning pain so he tried to run away and get it off himself only to fall into punji sticks. The sticks pierced through his legs, abdomen, and vertebrae, immobilizing him, 'This is the end' he thought as he saw a Vietcong soldier run-up to the pit and call the others that were the last memory that he had before passing out from blood loss.
Captured by the enemy (torture)
Izuku woke up in the hot sun with nothing on, chained to a bamboo X cross with another piece of bamboo going into the floor, holding him and other fighters up.

"Cuối cùng chúng tôi cũng có được bạn, con lợn (we finally got you, pig)" a soldier said to him, when Izuku saw the soldier he noticed that the soldier was holding a knife and some brown cream, there was a table next to him with a whip and some kind of spray can.
*TORTURE WARNING*
First, he grabbed the knife and castrated Izuku, this took two and a half hours with blood spilling all over the floor then he did the same with his face, taking a chunk out of his nose and getting rid of an eye. Next was the spray and just as Izuku thought, it was the Agent Orange from earlier but at point-blank range, this deprived him of oxygen and replaced it with a burning sensation that infested every inch of his insides. He wished that he was dead.
*7 years later*
It was finally over until the Vietnamese soldier came back to Izuku with gloves on and used the brown gel, 'This can't be too bad, right?'. Wrong. It burnt his skin (on his shoulder blades) and as he cried out in pain, the soldier just laughed. Until the bombs hit (one of Izukus quirk) and one of the shells went through Izukus solar plexus while the rest of the camp exploded, killing everyone but Izuku.
End of the war, going home
On the 16th of April, 1976 American soldiers burst through the door of a Vietnamese torture camp to see Izuku eating lunch, when they saw it they asked him to grab his stuff and follow them, Izuku packed up in 5 minutes and went with the soldiers, telling them about the horrifying experience, until one of them asked what he ate when he got hungry "Well I only ate about once a week but when I did eat, it was the man I had just killed. I have a knife known as the Karambit or the 'Tigers Claw' to make it look like a tiger attack, to this day I have 241 confirmed kills."
The things Izuku does with the dog tags, photos, and the rest of his life
Izuku keeps the dog tags, his ghillie suit, his weapons, the photos of his comrades, and the injuries, and with the rest of his life, he keeps in the army until he is discharged at 2148. With upgraded weapons, camouflage, AND injuries.
