The world has been rid of all diseases, doctors have found what they call "the cure." People are living longer, population is continuing to grow. The government decides to take matters into their own hands by placing up a caged wall to separate men and woman. Ten years have passed since the wall came up and Justice Mahone, a young male whom has been separated from his two younger sisters and his mother. Justice is feeling himself slowly lose the color in his life on his own within the caged walls of the city. His life has become blank and meaningless...not to mention they will no longer let him speak with his mother. The government has taken complete control, and will no longer allow men and women to even be seen staring across toward the other side. That is until one day Justice is enjoying himself at a pizzeria with a friend only to glance over to see the caged wall that separates him from his family. His gaze falls onto a young french girl whom goes by the name Noel...their eyes meet, and suddenly Justice feels a sense of color come back into his world. Communicating to each other through a note book and scribbling messages onto paper. Justice is one day taken in by the authorities and discovers that things aren't what they seem to be.
