It's almost the end of the world as we know it. Humans don't care about the shortage of water, sea life, climate change, and our very own planet. The only living thing they care about is themselves. To see if humans can survive the end of the world, the U.S. Government has formed a plan named Project E.T.O.W. (Project End of the World). To the public eye, the plan is called Project Elite Operations to Win. The public "plan" is to see if the U.S. can accomplish a mission to Mars. Approximately 100 randomly selected people in the U.S. will be tested and experimented on to see if humans can survive the end of the world. Dylan has been taken from her home to "NASA" to be one of 100 test subjects. She is scared for her own future and is finding a way to escape Project E.O.T.W. In Dylan's hometown, there is a boy named Anthony who is excited for the mission to Mars. He's looking forward to see the first human footprints on another planet no one has accomplished to be on. Told by two drastically different perspectives, we see what is happening with this government plan and what's in the naked eye of the public. Will Dylan ever find a way to escape Project E.O.T.W.? Will Anthony ever uncover the truth about "NASA"? After all, it's almost the end of the world.
