Just a Friend?

Shota was walking up to the gates of UA, until his best friend Hizashi Yamada comes running up behind him and wraps his arm around Shota's shoulders. As they walked to class together, all of a sudden Shota felt something in his throat. He ran to the bathroom and started to cough into his hand. He looked back at his hand, and there he saw...blood and flower petals.

For those of you that don't know, the hanahaki disease is a one-sided love where you can only get rid of it two ways. One, the person you love has to show that they like you back, or two, where you'd have to get surgery to remove the petals, but once you do you will forever forget who the person you liked was.
If you don't do any of them, you'll suffocate a die.

Will Shota have to guts to tell his best friend that he likes him, or will he decide to spend his last few days with him before he dies?
