Petals of Steel [Revamped]

Sakura Haruno the weak link in team 7. Nobody pays attention to her own moments of greatness but disregards her as a weak shinobi in need of protection. Alongside her are the nine-tails jinchuriki and the Uchiha clan survivor who only see her as a liability for their goals.

Her parents are barely there for her and compare her to a lot of other students in the academy, "wow Ino's hair looks nice today, why can't yours be the same?" , "you know that shikamaru guy may as well just be your superior with his high grades, why can't yours be as high?"

She starts to believe everything and slowly forgets who she really is, conditioned into thinking that she'll be nothing more than a housewife, she caved in and does what everyone says. Later on she realizes that everything that they said was pointless and never really meant anything and so she starts to realize that no matter how hard someone can keep up a pleasant smile, they themselves could be facing inner demons

Sakura Haruno, was nothing more than a delicate petal but now..... she's made of steel.
