Bartholomew Woodrow has always been considered as a murderer. And that he was. Snatching innocent people's lives, just like that in a blink of an eye. His town found him guilty of all these crimes, and chained him to a board, the shackles entangling his wrists and ankles. He tried his best to escape, but it was no use. One night, at an attempt to escape, he bashed his head violently on a box full of cargo too many times. He lay on his board, dying from blunt force trauma. While he lay there, slowly dying, he said that he was sorry for his crimes, and showed remorse for his victims. His lasts words were; "I feel terribly sorry for those whom I killed.. They all lived such happy lives.. I never had a happy life.. which was why I was so jealous and took their lives away. Now, I will be happy, knowing I can be amongst those I killed. And I am truly blessed to among them..." Bartholomew passed away from blunt force trauma to his head. When his accusers found him, they found the 6 foot brute lying dead on his side, the shackles still attached to his wrists and ankles. They buried him off of the board, yet kept the chains on his body. Bartholomew never got a proper burial, only a lazy tombstone. Sadly, he never was able to be amongst those whom he had killed, he had to repent his sins. After he was buried, Bartholomew was forced to roam the Earth for eternity as an unwanted ghost, trying to repent for his killings, and having a second chance at his life. Follow this story, as the poor chained spirit of Bartholomew tells his story of despair, dread and helplessness. Will he ever find eternal peace?
