Leo is the twin brother of the all- serious Sky Tate who wants to be the red ranger like their father. They may be brothers but they have very different personalities one loves to chat and hang out with friends the other has a stick up his ass. 
When Commander Cruger gives Z and Jack a second chance as the red and yellow SPD rangers when hearing the news Sky was not openly happy about the news but Leo, on the other hand, Leo welcomes them with open arms, especially for a certain yellow brunette.

There will be some changes to the story and some of the characters will be acting differently from the original show to fit Leo into the story.

He called for his friends to help him but they weren't there and when he deals with unexpected tragedy, he goes on a journey that will change his life. (This is a crossover between Power Rangers and Marvel, because there are movies that inspire some parts of the story. At the age of 10 they ran away together, but while they were in hiding, they were teleported to a mysterious place. There, they met the great Zordon who saw great potential in them because they all have the heart of a true hero, so he gave them the powers of the Red, Blue, Yellow, Black/Green Power Rangers from Mighty Morphin all the way to Ninja Steel. For the next nine years they would train their new powers in order to become the very best. But what happens when an old enemy rises from the shadows and forms an alliance with the L.O.V and they attacked the U.S.J making the four of them come back and give a hand. But in doing so they are reunited with their old friends and love ones as well as their tormentors, who some regret what they have done.
