Lavinia gripped her sister's elbow, as the dinner guests mingled in the garden, champagne flutes in hand.
"What is the matter? You look... um, belligerent."
"I'm going to be imprisoned for crimes against the crown before this night is over, sister," Elizabeth said, with a good dose of malice, and swiftly downed the contents of her glass, in a most unladylike way.
"Care to explain before we go in for dinner?"
"I wish I could explain, but I really don't know where to begin, and I'm afraid you are the last person I should be telling my tale to."
Lavinia looked puzzled.
"Try me."
Elizabeth sighed, wishing she did not have a sister who had chosen to live the rest of her life married to God. She was supposed to be the one person she could go to and talk about womanly things, damn her eyes.
"All I will say is that earlier today I had an unfortunate encounter with my betrothed... and his... um..." she fumbled for the right word. She supposed penis was the correct, scientific term, but saying the word seemed plain wrong in the presence of her pious sister. She therefore made a vague, awkward, wave-like gesture in the general area of her middle, blushing furiously.
Had Lavinia been drinking champagne, she might have choked on it, but thankfully, she did not indulge in spirits. She did look, however, aghast.
"I beg your pardon?"
Elizabeth shook her head, turning her attention to the other side of the terrace, where the king and queen were calling their guests' attention. This was not the time, nor the place to divulge any further details.
"Well, speak of the devil..." Elizabeth muttered, snatching another glass of champagne from a nearby valet.

Set in a fictonal kindgom, this is the story of Elizabeth who begrudgingly arrives at the royal palace to finally wed Henry, the haughty prince to whom she had been promised since they were chldren.

"I'm Charles Michael McAllister." "I'm Jane," Jane said, holding out her hand. Charles took it, but didn't let go when she expected him to, and she nearly fell onto the table. "I gave my full name, I believe it's only polite to reciprocate in kind?" he said with a little smirk. Jane huffed out a breath. "Jane Bennett Carroway," she said. He looked at Jane in surprise. "I'm sorry, but did you say 'Jane Bennett'?" "Yes, that's my name," she replied, as if it were completely normal. Charles flashed Jane a grin. "You must have very interesting parents," he remarked. He challenged her again later. "I guess you liked your food," he said, looking pointedly at her empty plate. "I guess you did, too, Charlie," Jane responded evenly, gesturing to his equally clean plate. "In fact, I want dessert." And she gave Charles an openly challenging look. Charles knew that the beautiful Camilla was the girl who'd won the contest, the girl he was supposed to be talking to. "What do you want now?" she said gritting her teeth as he got closer and closer by every second. "I want nothing else but you Angel..."he whispered, his mouth inches away from her lips. "Can't you see that i don't want you? You're a pervert, a monster, a beast, a freaking werewolf for the love of god!" she screamed, backing away until she touched the wall and froze, realizing there was no way to escape anymore. Taking this as an advantage he slammed his hands on each side of the wall making it harder for her to move, and whispered "That's why you're shutting me out then... Why can't you fucking understand that you're the only girl I want? And you're obviously resisting your feelings towards me, I know you fucking want this shorty." He said before pushing his lips on hers taking her breath away, and her first kiss too... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lorraine Queen, aka Lou, is a 17 years old average girl. Ryan Ganzhorn, 23 years old, most powerful, fearless, intimidating and sexiest Alpha on this planet, is known for his heartless actions, most difficult decisions and his determination to get everything he wants whenever he wants. Will Lorraine be an easy mate ? or will she make a difficult prey? This story isn't edited yet, but there aren't huge mistakes, just small grammatical ones. (please do not steal my ideas)

--Completed-- "Why are you following me?" "I am free to roam anywhere within Barracks, am I not?" "Aldaire will be displeased if he sees us together." He grins, leaning in close to whisper in my ear. "Will he? Last time I checked, you two are merely playing a part." I place a finger on his lips, acutely aware of our proximity yet taken aback by it all. "Don't utter such things. They can hear you." "So it is true. I wasn't present that day, but Himley made sure to fill me in." There's no need to persist with the charade, but if I concede too readily, I'm not fulfilling my role adequately. This is going to be challenging, especially given his annoying demeanor. "I don't know what you're talking about. Aldaire is a noble man." "Then how do his lips taste?" Hiccup! "That is none of your concern, sir." "Why do you take offense? It was an innocent question." "It was not! I am inebriated. Why are you pursuing me? And be honest this time. If you intend to kill me like the rest, I'll make things easier for you." His silence prompts me to look up. His lips are drawn into a thin line as he glares at me. "Do you hold me in such low regard?" "I don't know you," I retort. "That is why I am here. We can acquaint ourselves with each other." His laughter reverberates in the empty space, prompting a grin from me. It makes me blush at the thought. Perhaps it's the alcohol causing me to hallucinate, but the idea of someone vying for my affections is amusing. "I relish challenges, Lady Leizabeth. Give me some time, and you'll see." "I don't understand why." "Because you are a fascinating woman. The moment I laid eyes on you, I knew I had to get to know you." **In the journey of life, we stumble upon love twice. The first shatters your heart into countless fragments; the second conjures up the power of the universe to piece it back together. **

I described. "Rammed into his car with yours deliberately?" she counted on her third finger. "Um...I'm not proud of that one," I said cringing. "And called him offensive names?" She ended the list and I winced. "Twice." I specified. "And you're still alive?" She blinked, looking genuinely surprised. "Geez, don't be dramatic or anything..." I frowned at her hyperbolic statement. "Maybe he's keeping you around to get revenge." She suggested. Possible. I wouldn't put it past him. "I didn't know alright!" I exclaimed. Then it happened: Annika grinned. A glowing warmth lit inside, heating her cold interior. There was something extraordinary about the simplicity put into a grin. The anguish lessoned, and suddenly anything was possible. Surely the sky could fall if Annika could smile? "What makes you say that?" She asked as she continued her movements. The grin acted as a soothing balm on her aching heart. Annika might've been crazy to become so easily uplifted by an everyday facial expression, but crazy seemed like a much better term to be than slave. "Only a lunatic would approach me in my slumber." His eyes remained shut, and he didn't object to her petting, so Annika didn't stop. "Well... you wouldn't know if you were asleep?" It just felt right and I wanted more, but I knew how this would end. I felt the tears running down my cheeks. I stepped back, interrupting the kiss. He whimpered a little bit and for a second I saw adoration in his eyes, but he pushed it back, giving me a blank stare. "I am sorry. I needed to do this. You can reject me now." He looked a little taken aback. "You were going to reject me. I just thought we both needed to experience this only once. You are the future Alpha, so I should not be the one to break the bond. Please do it now!" I do not why, but I wanted him to do it. After all, he was going to do it before and I did not want a kiss to change his mind. "I Caleb King, reject you Anna Amores as my mate." I think I could hear my heart break in that second. "I Anna Amores, accept your rejection, Alpha, and I wish the best for you, always." I gave him an honest smile... Their guns were filled with wooden stacks, coated with sorrel and perilla. I roll my eyes. "How dumb have you become, dear? Don't you know a tribrid like me can't be killed?" I laugh shortly. "What is it you want, Octavia?" He questions, glaring at me, holding his glass of champagne tightly. I smile, "Sweetie, you know exactly why I'm here. I've come for what's mine, hand it over so I don't have to kick your ass in front of all these people." The crowds start laughing, along with him. His deep laugh echoed through the room. "What makes you think you can beat me? What can a little thing like you do?" I take a tray from the nearest waiter and grab the last glass of champagne, downing it. Sighing, I wipe my mouth, dropping the glass, allowing it to shatter on the ground. I hold the tray tightly, I throw it like a frisbee, slicing the head of a guard clean off.
