Alexandria Brio is a 16-year-old girl who knows pain like the back of her hand. After getting kidnapped at the young age of two she has known nothing but pain, abuse, torture, suffering, and immense trauma. She has spent her whole life protecting her two younger brothers from their abusive parents and their friends. Her life forever changes when her step father supposedly dies in a car accident and their mom has diapered. She finds out that her whole life has been a lie. She has a whole family who has been searching for her. 

Loving parents and seven older brothers including a twin. What happens when she finds out that the people she grew up with weren't her parents and that the two boys who she thought were her brothers are actually her cousins? 

All while the man who is the reason for her sleepless nights and who made her life a living hell is relentlessly searching for her. The man who thrives on her pain, the one who knows about every scar on her body because he gave them to her, the man who promised to always find her and would do whatever it took to get her back in his evil grasp.
