***Four young men seek out fame and fortune and male dancers as a prestigious ballet academy while dealing with drama, their sexualities, and their friendships*** "Stiletto Sisterhood (Shout-Out to @FallonDeMornay)" meets "Black Swan," "Swan Lake," "The Outsiders," and "Brothers" ************** At the American Ballet Company & Academy, the pressure and competition to have the leading role in any major production is fierce, demanding, and intimidating- especially when one is a teenager who dreams of being one of the most-prominent dancers of the world. But while most stories feature young women who strive for perfection, men have their issues as well. For this particular journey, these young men not only deal with the struggles and joys of dance; they are still coming into grips with not only coming into manhood but also their memberships into the LGBTQ community As preparations for a gay adaptation of "Swan Lake" are underway, these four men deal with family drama, rehearsals, auditions, and romance while bonding with each other over the love of ballet. Told from their perspectives (as well as the narrator- their closest transman friend); their tenures in the academy will be full of drama, revelations, and passions while preparing themselves to take the stage of the grandest theaters of New York City. And although they are from different worlds, they share the same bond for the dances of dedication, desires, discipline, and dreams. EXTENDED SUMMARY INSIDE!
