What can I say? This has been a labour of love for me.
Our hero isn't a hero on purpose. He's in the wrong place at the right time. He's just trying to survive in a world he doesn't belong to. When the time comes and someone has to step up to help innocent victims of war and slavery, he can't say no. Not because he thinks he can change something, but because he knows nothing will ever change if NOone stands up.

Stolen Confessions

8 parts Ongoing

Em once believed in fairytales. But just like everything else, reality took that from her, too. She learned much too early that sometimes the prince is the worst kind of villain, princesses need to know how to save themselves, and the only way to get your happily ever after is to spend it alone. -- Max has only known two things, endeavor and succeed. Born into a life of power and luxury, he has never felt what it means to want for anything. That is until he meets Em during what is meant to be a friendly cabin getaway. Now, "want" is all he knows. -- Warning ⚠️ This story contains graphic sexual content and depictions of SA, not between MCs. There is mention of mental illness, infertility addiction, and loss. There are scenes with bondage, light impact play, dub-con(consent given while under the influence), and violence. Here are also examples of toxic D/s dynamics and relationships that become more prominent later in the series. Please note that I write MMC's that are morally gray at best, but most likely pitch black, and sassy, at least marginally traumatized FMC's. Read at your own risk.
