Six months old and freezing from the snow storm, she is left on the porch of a house. Just an innocent baby girl wrapped in a single pink blanket, left on the door step with nothing but a note that reads only four simple words: Her name is Mistletoe.

Mistletoe's life seems blessed as the family of the house raises her with love and kindness. For seventeen years she feels as though she is the luckiest girl alive, being showered in laughter and the happiest of memories. But on that seventeenth year when mistakes arise, her unbelievable heaven soon becomes an inescapable hell.

It is on Christmas Eve that Mistletoe's life soon becomes a race to the finish line. One treacherous event follows another, but will she let that stop her from reaching the end? Her heart is tested and her sole is pushed. She faces not only physical barriers but emotional ones too.

Will the unexpected meeting of a boy that tickles her heart with unknown sparks of feelings, help her through the journey or only add to her pain? When she realises it is not only a race but a test of her heart and soul, will she let the horror of her past, self-doubt, and incessant need to blame keep her from proving she is worthy? Or will she learn to forgive and understand sometimes a mistake is just that, a mistake.

She must pass every test to make it to the finish line and if proven worthy the angel who has been watching might just lend her a miracle.

Will she receive her miracle or will she receive the inexplicable punishment for her hatred and blame and watch those who love her, follow the angel to heaven.
