After WWVI, something strange happened. Children were born with explosives in their blood. No one knew how or why, they just knew it happened. Once they turned 18, their blood returned to normal. It was a matter of staying alive until then that was the tricky part. For Connor Williams, this is a very hard challenge. He's always had problems sitting still, how would he be able to do that for another 3 years? The older you get, the more explosive you are.
