𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐔 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐄 was once the hallmark of prestige, education, and diversity. First of its kind, the academy embraced the magical world around it, welcoming everyone and everything that wished to study within their halls. Launching off an era of magic and mastery, de Mage rose to fame as the most progressive and successful schools of it kind. Not only was the school a flourishing landmark but the town of Beaux Réve saw a boom in population... though sometimes bigger isn't better

Rivals wanted to see it fall, tourist wanted to see it expand, and others simply wanted things as they once were... "normal." They couldn't stand to see their ways of life succumbing to the whims of magic. Mingling with the supernatural? Befriending monsters? It was appalling, disgraceful. It needed to stop.
