If you need to talk I'm almost always willing to chat and help if I can. Remember we're all a little broken and messed up inside but that's okay. It really is, it doesn't make you less amazing or beautiful. It just makes you yourself and you are wonderful.

•I have depression and am on meds for it (and doing so much better!) and I have Social Anxiety Disorder
