Sometimes I want to let it all out.
Those words desperately
want to come out of my mouth.
But I keep everything inside,
as I don't want anyone
to know what's going on in my mind.
I don't want anyone to be worried
But I know I need someone to help me.
Maybe I'll just let them figure it out,
as I continue to not make a sound.
