You can get a strike for the following reasons:
• You did not complete an assignment
• You completed the assignment but didn't comment 'Done' on time
• You were rude with your reviews
• You didn't ask for extension on time or you didn't finish within the given extension time
• If you go 4 weeks ( 2 assignments) without completing your work, you will get 2 strikes. 3 assignments without work means 3 strikes, etc.
• If you get three strikes, you will be kicked. How ever you can re-join after 3 months but you will start with 2 strikes already
•To remove the strikes you have, you must complete three assignments in a row, without getting another strike
• If you go 3 assignments without replying or contacting us, and not completing your work, then you will automatically be kicked out
• You will be instantly kicked out if you do not do your first assignment
• You can track your strikes in the 'Members & Groups'
