madison was walking to practice to meet the cheer girls for the first time she turned the corner in the hall when she hit something hard landing her backwards onto the floor at first she thought it was a wall but then when she heard a deep masculine voice she realised it was a guy lifting her head up she saw him towering above her

"are you okay" the guy asked reaching out his hand

"oh shit I'm so sorry" madison cursed

"I mean sugar" madison corrected herself taking his hand

"it's all good don't sweat it" Joe chuckled pulling the girl up onto her feet

"I'm Joe" Joe introduced himself

"madison" madison smiled

"I can't say I've seen you around before I'd definitely remember meeting someone as beautiful as you" Joe smiled flashing his pearly white smile

"your quite the charmer aren't you burrow" madison chuckled crossing her arm over her chest amused by the quarterback in front of her

"you know my second name" Joe said cockily

"your on every poster in this place" madison laughed pointing towards a poster the other side of the hallway

"yeah believe it or not I do try avoid the camera" Joe said chuckling to himself

"well your not doing a very good job at hiding now are you" madison said

"nope the social media team always manage to get a picture of me" Joe laughed shaking his head

"well your the star quarterback your also a heartthrob for teenage girls and for many people your probably their inspiration" madison said

"how am I inspiring" Joe asked curious

"someone from a small town just playing a sport he loves being drafted into the national football league I'm sure many people especially kids aspire to be you, your also supposedly a very down to earth kind hearted person you also won a heisman trophy they don't just give out a heisman trophy burrow you earned it" madison smiled

"you said supposedly so do you not believe that I am" joe asked curious

"I don't know you to pass judgement" madison answered truthfully

"well let's fix that do I get to know your second name" Joe asked smiling

"why do you want to know my second name" Madison asked

"well you know mine it's only fair I know yours don't you think" Joe said pushing the hair behind the blondes ear before getting close to her ear whispering from far away the gesture would look quite flirty but it was innocent

"Montgomery come on you can't be late for practice especially on your first day and I need to introduce you to the girls beforehand" coach jones said walking over to the pair when Joe seen her presence he straightened his posture stepping away from the girl

"okay coach" madison smiled

"wait practice" Joe asked furrowing his eyebrows confused

"hi Joe I take it you have met our new head cheerleader"coach jones said

"did the cheerleader outfit not make it obvious" Madison laughed to herself

"well your a feisty one aren't you and if I'm being completely honest the only thing I was looking at was your eyes" joe said truthfully

"does that line work on anyone" Madison laughed
