Hello everyone! and welcome to this "Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde x reader" fanfiction, I'm glad that you chose to read this fanfiction and any tips on how i can improve will defiantly be helpful and appreciated!
before we start I' d like to give you all some information, about myself- the author (though that part isn't as important so you can skip it!) and this fanfiction, as well as the reader through their fact card! :) each character that the reader meets will have a fact / information card! :)

Hello ! i am the official author of this fanfiction! 
While my official name isn't orchid, its what i prefer to be called so if you wish to refer to me feel free to call me either orchid or the author! (i hope no one calls me author-chan, or whatever :( though the chance of that is very low since this isn't based on anime) but anyway! im 15, and i really love to write. Currently I'm extremely hyper fixed on " The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" which i am learning in GCSE English in my school!

My pronouns are she/her mainly but they/them can be used too!
if there are any other questions based around me or anything really feel free to ask me

𝙰𝙻𝙻 𝙰𝙱𝙾𝚄𝚃 𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝙵𝙰𝙽𝙵𝙸𝙲𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽

So basically, this fanfiction is well- set in the Victorian novella "The strange case of Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde", however i haven't looked into literally any other type of Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde fan work or comics, or a musical? (i heard there is a musical version) apart from the original book and the mazm game.

Speaking of the book and game, I'm on chapter 8 of the book and in the middle of chapter 3 on the game- however yes i do know the ending (and if you do not, i highly recommend to read the book, or to listen to it on audible because this fanfiction does have spoilers)

Also nothing in this fanfiction is stolen, this fanfiction has been written by only me however i do not own the characters within the book or the designs of the characters in the mazm game, which i will be using the designs and maybe even some original characters - though i will let you know if they're original! 

and yes, i know how people in the Victorian era acted (especially men) but because i really dont want to make this fanfiction offensive i will either a: completely get rid of those attributes of Victorian society or b: tone it down extremely

and just before i finish this, if there is any description in the fanfiction that does not cater to you or what you like (for example: a description of a hair style), feel free to either ignore it or change it so if fits you more!
