Poem 45

Sometimes I wish the world could disappear
and there would just be
You and me
left alone on this earth

We could walk on the vacant streets, stroll through the abandoned alleyways

run through the flower fields and pluck the rarest of flowers

watch the purple glow of the sunset, slumber when the night gets dark

At night we could hold hands and shyly stare deep into each other's eyes

Reveal all the unspoken words lingering on my mind all this time

Just the two of us , staring at the glimpse of the moon at night

In the corner of my heart
A melody plays
Again&Again
Endlessly...

What if?
  YOU and ME were
Alone on this earth
One day...
