"So you're not going to wish me a happy birthday?" I asked
We're currently park my car at McDonalds 24 Hours. The whole ride here was totally silent. None of us let our voice out , it's a really intense silence.
"How's your trip? You tired?" I asked but still not getting any answer from her. She looked tired , her eyebags was so visible , she looked thinner than before and she's literally a zombie.
"Autumn.. can you at least nod or shook your head?" I said and she sighed
"Next year , give me time until next year. I will quit being an actress" She suddenly said and I found myself smiling but I know I won't let her do that. It's her dream and it's her career.. I've thought about it and I can't be selfish
"You will? Really?" I asked
"Yeah , if it's that what you want. I'll do it but please give me until next year" She said
No , I will let you have your dream Autumn. Thankyou for trying always give in for me. You're making me fall in love you more Autumn
"So you will do everything I want?" I asked and she nodded without looking at me
"What makes you change your mind?" I asked
"Isn't it obvious? Why ask?" Feisty
"You love me that much until you want to let go your career like that? I thought you want me to understand you?" I asked and she looked straight to the front
"Yeah , I like you that much until I will give everything up. I don't want to lose you so I'm giving my career up" She said and I smiled looking out through the window
Autumn North , you're officially mine forever and I'm not going to let you go ever. How can I find a girl who willing to give up everything to be with me? I'm too selfish and I don't want to take her happiness for my sake only. I want her to be happy not just because of me but her work , her life.
"Next year? Why next year?" I asked
"At least let me enjoy and cherish a little bit more" She said. I turned to her and she's still looking at the window blankly
"Look at me" I said but she still looked at the window
"Autumn , look at me" I said in a really calm tone. She slowly turned her head to me and I found tears in her eyes. I hate it.. I hate when she cried. I pulled her into a hug
"I'm sorry.. I'm sorry" I caressed and stroke her hair
"Don't cry" I released the hug and wiped her tears. She looked at me sadly
"Listen to me.. Listen to me okay?" I said and she nodded
"I like you Autumn North , I love you Autumn North. I will do anything to make you smile and happy. I'm sorry if I hurted you a few times before , I really regreted it and I will never repeat it again" I said and she looked at me
"I want you to be happy and I don't want to be selfish about it. You can keep your acting career going , I see how you really enjoy it and really happy about it. I can control my temper about it and try not burst you in jealousy" I continued
"You can continue and you don't need to give up your career for me but I want you to stop one thing. Can you stop racing? It's dangerous and I'm worry about you" I kissed the back of her hand and she looked at me blankly
"Let's start all over again okay? I promise I will do better this time" I said because I will
"Did you cry alone all this time? Did you often go racing these days?" I asked and she nodded. I pulled her into a hug again. I kissed the side of her head
"You're an asshole" She mumbled and I smiled
"Well you're really bad today , you didn't even wish me a birthday" I said and she looked at me confuse
"I sent you a card and a present"
"I want to return it to you and ask you for your presence instead" I said
"It's expensive and I don't want you to return it"
"I don't care if it's expensive , you're more to me. I need your presence more than anything else" I said and she glared at me
"Since when you're good at talking?" She asked and I chuckled
"It's 10.30 , let's eat cause I'm hungry" I said pointing at the McDonalds
"So you're going to let me be an actress forever?" She asked and I nodded
"You won't get jealous?" She asked
"Of course I will but I have to learn not to" I said truthfully and a smile appeared on her face
"Why are you letting me?" She asked and I smiled
"Because I love you , as easy as that" I said and she looked at me suspiciously
"You're lying" She pouted
"Why would I lie to you?"
"You're not even come to me for the past 2 weeks" She said sadly
"I had a lot of thinking and afraid that I will hurt you again. I hate that and I still think childishly" I said and she looked down
I pulled her closer to me and kissed her slowly. I cupped her face and hold her like she's a really fragile glass. I miss this
"Your stomach screams" She said as we stopped , I chuckled
"I won't let you go from me again" I said looking at her seriously and gave a peck on her lips
"You have to or else I will find someone else"
"You won't be able to find someone else Autumn , you are mine. You were mine , you are mine and always be mine" I said and she smiled
"Let's feed that empty stomach" She kissed my cheek and got out from the car first. I got out from my car and quickly walked beside her. I hold her hand tightly..
