Guys go check out the first 3 chapters to my new story Blind which was inspired by an Instagram post because I am that weird.
Here is a little bit of the prologue so you get an idea.
"My name is Katherine. But you can call me Kat." I smiled.
"My name is River." He said. Then I felt him take my hand, and put his hand around mines. "Now you do the same. You have to wrap your hand around lines like I did to yours. Just like this." He said, closing my fingers around him warm palm. He then shook our hands up and down, and then let go.
"What was that?"
"That is called a handshake. People do that when they meet somebody new." River said. "Now we're friends." He cheered and clapped.
"I've never had a friend before. Mostly because they don't like the facts that I can't play the games that they can because I can't see them." I said shyly.
"Well, then I will be your first." He said, making me grin at him.
