When your world falls apart
and your mind slowly goes into the dark
So much memories and so much pain
are the only things your mind conveys.
Rips in the heart.
When you can't cry because your head is somewhere else
The pain numbs your body
so your emotions no longer shows.
Your emotions built up with walls,
no one can hurt you anymore
because you've already been to war.
