I woke up to the horrible sound of my alarm clock go off. BEEP, BEEP, BEEP! I groggily got out of bed and turned my alarm clock off. It was 6:00 am. That should give me enough time to do my makeup I thought. I changed out of my Mickey Mouse PJ's and changed into a cute, floral dress. I went over to my vanity and applied my makeup. It was a soft glam because I didn't want to go too crazy. Then I brushed my long, blonde, wavy hair. I looked good! Then I heard a honking noise outside my window. It was my bus! I was for sure I had more time than that! I slipped on my flip flops and ran down stairs. "Hey Mom!" I said grabbing my bookbag. "Oh Lillian," Mom said. "You're going to be late again, hurry up!" I grabbed a banana off the table. "Bye Mom!" I said while shoving the banana into my mouth.
