It was still the same night
Rather than the dawn's sunlight

But, A day started
Another ended

Note:
This poem can have various meanings but the one i have focused on is - Everything looks the same around us, but our perspective has changed.

Example:
1. A bottle half filled with water is kept. Earlier you saw it as a glass half filled with air, and now you see it as a glass half filled with water. It is a positive change in this case.

2. Also, we come across the same people
But we now realise who is a good person and who isn't.

3. Another meaning is related to the thing called "satisfaction". Earlier we used to play with toys for recreation. But now we don't! Those toys are still kept there, but we don't play it anymore because we are "dissatisfied" with toys and "satisfied" with other things like Phone/TV etc now.

4. Another meaning can be a scenario:
A child was born in the same hospital where an old man died the same night.
