I'm a US Navy veteran. My hobbies include movies, superheroes, and theoretical physics. I've loved sci-fi since puppyhood. Much of my writing focuses on my own science-fantasy superheroes.

Some of my ongoing theoretical science projects include:

1) A nuclear fusion powerplant concept that uses magnetism to shape nuclear-grade plasma into a revolving vortex. (Think lightning-hot tornado devouring its own tail.)

2) Modifying marine propulsion to increase watercraft fuel efficiency while reducing environmental impact.

3) Conceptualizing nuclear power plants and propulsion systems for starships--including RGDs: relativistic gravity drives. (RGDs are as much sci-fi as science.)

4) Zombie gerbils. (Where'd Meister Frankenstein find REALLY small electrodes?)

I love being funny, but I can be edgy. I blend genres and obliquely address social issues. Inclusion is in vogue, yet some things are simply . . . indelicate.

Note: I was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder decades after my honorable discharge. Some of my best sleep ever was in a nuclear submarine's torpedo room. Yes: I was a squid.

I've admired superheroes for decades. A huge inspiration is the late Stan Lee. His superpowered heroes and heroines were heroic first, super second. They're imperfectly amazing. With some people, their sagas resonate.

Other inspirations include C.S. Lewis, anime, and the Russian superhero movie, "Guardians."

My creative limits, goals, and aspirations are evolving. I've such dreams, you see. But there's an order to things: God, others, self. Simple to say. A lifetime to achieve. So, I write to serve you, the reader.
