I am no flower
    Gleaming under the moonlight
    Reflecting on the still waters
    Of the fountain of youth
    Nor do I have petals
    Radiating the color blue
    I am just a broken soul
    With little cracks here and there
    Searching for a voice
    And paint for my canvas
    That may or may not
    See the broad daylight…
    I am not special
    Nor a fragile soul
    I am simply plain and dull
    Trying to cover myself
    With the vibrant colors
    Of this breathing Earth
    I once thought grey
    And I try to collect butterflies
    So delicate and oozing
    With innocent beauty
    To flutter in my emptiness
    Echoing inside of me…
    I am just me…
    With the flesh and bones
    That ache through the day
    And breathe in
    the stars of the night…

When you carry a Bible, the devil gets a headache. When you open it, he collapses. When he sees you reading it, he faints. When he sees you living it, he flees. And just when you're about to re-post this, he will try and discourage you. I just defeated him.
