I believe that we are a product of our experiences. It's hard to be tolerant when you're endangered species, it's hard to put yourself in other people's shoes when you're on the defensive.
However, we always have a choice. Just because you're going through a tough time shouldn't be the reason you treat others like trash. Be the change you want to see.
