NaNoWriMo is drawing to a close and so is my novel Louise and The Men of Transit. Louise now has her own Twitter account @LouiseTransit where she posts photos about once a day. Then I add them at the end of the relevant chapters. It’s kind of fun choosing photos I’ve shot over the years to illustrate my novel and tweet them out as Louise. My novel will close at the end of chapter 26, but Louise will tweet on!

NaNoWriMo 2018 is being good to me in its first three days. After a stuttering start, Double Up Day has yielded two chapters. I now have three chapters up on Wattpad ready to read. And a fourth ready to edit and hopefully post before midnight. I hope you'll check it out. I'm aiming for light, energetic fun in this novel with Louise, my protagonist, leading the happy charge.

New November. New NaNoWriMo. New Novel. Something humorous in these times of frustration. Louise is riding the rails of her dream. Finally she lands the job she’s wanted for so long, working in her big city’s public transit. She’s ready, she’s excited, she rises above her cat crashing about her apartment in protest on her first day. She doesn’t care the men gave her the dusty desk. She will serve the transit’s customers! A chapter a day as Louise’s dream unravels into a new cloth.
