Small Rant Warning (and I guess small self h@rm warning too)
Do you guys know any good healthy ways to take out your anger? Cause lately my anger issues has been getting very very bad and it’s getting really hard to resist punching walls and throwing things and stopping myself from screaming at people and hitting my self violently on my head
Cause no matter what I do or how much I look up solutions or anything my life keeps screwing me over especially my mom who makes me so fricking pissed off all the time and it only seems to be getting worse and nothing works.
One thing I’ve come up with is punch my hand but that just really hurts and i don’t think it’s very healthy if anything.
Sorry for the small rant I just don’t know how to manger any of these issues healthier and I guess like I said I’m wondering if you guys know of anything cause I’m out of solutions
