Hey there! I'm Rose (she/they), and I'm an evolutionary biologist/ecologist from the U.S. with a background in animal behavior. I have a few "professionally" published research papers, but I also love to write fiction!

My favorite genre is probably horror stories, but I also love a good fantasy novel. If you have recommendations, let me know!

If you're a bit older than most of the Wattpad scene or are more mature in general, I suggest reading my book;In Sheep's Clothing. It's about a seventeen-year-old on the cusp of adulthood, but it's written more so for adults than teens. If you're looking for a hyper-realistic take on the werewolf genre, look no further. With my background in comparative anatomy and evolutionary biology, I'm able to spin a werewolf that's as close to reality as almost anyone can create. There's no romance and it's a lot darker than my other book, but it's still a very entertaining - albeit violent - read. 

If you're a teen/young adult or enjoy reading teen-fiction, I suggest you read my book Sly as a Fox. It's a take on the werewolf genre, but with the addition of other were-creatures as well. The plot is based around a romance, but it's far more than that and certainly grows from that initial starting point. It's fun with some light-hearted humor, but it has a very important message about discrimination. The second book in the planned trilogy is now posted! :D

I'm dyslexic, so even though I edit until my fingers are numb, mistakes still slip through the cracks. Don't be afraid to (politely) let me know if you catch one!
