The Slime Princess is expected to have at least 3 parts that will be split into different book for the sake of re-reading purposes. At the same time, older chapters will be revised so it won't look too messy and cluttered.
As for Encrypted Bunny, I expected it to have around 3 to 4 parts depending on which chapters I adapt since Elysium Everlasting or any Elysian Realm contents won't be added since its Mei's story.
