Manik was thinking about Alya's words what she said 

Manik : What Alya said? Nandini ne ye sab isliye kaha kyuki wo iss case se bahar  hona chahti thi puri tarah.

Nandini was just having tears. She was scared if Manik also came in her words. But she thinks even if Manik distrust her, she deserves this because she is the reason that killed the trust Manik had on her.

Manik: No I trust Nandini, wo itna selfishly kabhi nhi soch sakti. Alya had a misunderstanding about Nandini. 

Nandini gets a smile listening this that Manik trust her. But at the same time it increased her guilt more for hurting such a pure soul because of her stupidity.

Manik : Lekin jo Nandini ne kiya wo bhi galat tha and uske liye I will not forgive her. Jaha trust nhi, waha pyaar nhi ho sakta. 

Nandini was having tears. Meanwhile Fab 3 came to Manik with food for him

Nandini closes her phone with tears

Meanwhile Cabir comes to Nandini and sees her, he comes and sits with her

Cabir: I am sorry I know Alya ne jo kaha that hurt you, but I am sorry on her behalf

Nandini (teary): Aur tum jaante ho maine jo kiya na uske baad main Manik ka trust deserve bhi nhi krti thi but still he trusted me and said that I didn't do this to get out of the case. He is angry with me but he doesn't think me selfish. Muje toh esa lag rha hai ki main Manik ko deserve hi nhi krti, meri wajah se uske saath itna galat ho rha hai, meri wajah se wo itna tut rha hai. 

Cabir: Manik ke liye muje bhi bahut bura lag rha hai, jis aadmi ne hum logo ki aankhon me kabhi aansu nhi aane diye, hum usse support nhi kr paa rhe. Dekho main Manik ko uski life ki khushiyaan wapis dena chahta hoon aur wo tum ho Nandini lekin

Nandini looks at Cabir , Cabir forwards his hand

Cabir: Main aaj tumse kuch maagna chahta hoon Nandini

Nandini : Bolo Cabir

Cabir: Manik mera bhai hai, mere liye sabse important hai wo iss duniya me. And I know he loves you, tumhe mujse ek promise krna hoga Nandini, aage life me kabhi bhi tum Manik ke upar distrust nhi karogi, chahe situations kitni bhi difficult ho 

Nandini keeps her hand above Cabir's hand 

Nandini (teary): Bhagwan bhi aakar kahenge na Manik ne galat kiya toh bhi main sirf aur sirf Manik pe hi trust karungi aage se. Bas ek baar wo muje maaf karde. I cannot see his hate for me. 

Cabir: Tum chinta mat karo now we will start our plan. Aaj Manik discharge ho jaega shaam tak uske baad we will plan
