the awestruck pride leaves mouths to stare and gape.

the pleasure loved exceeds my reasons why.

of leaving out those precious found and named,

the dust collects on books through seasons wide.

so too do heavy hearts grow new and lighter,

with thoughts she found a dream with someone new,

who's not a sinful stone of cold writer

who lives his life as if it's all undone.

those eyes did shine with such a precious glint

a world of worlds mixed raw with passion sent.

the mirals true are seen upon a hint

left by the first forever fashion spent.

her love is free not mine to keep away

it rains inside my mind in sheets aray
