3rd Person POV

"Ugh, god, my head is pounding." Willow moans, pushing herself up from a laying down position and supporting her body by her elbows

"Good, you're awake." Brainy says from the side

Willow looks over to see him typing on a tablet that seems to be connected to...her? "What are you doing?" She asks, pulling at the wires connected to her temples

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Brainy tells her, continuing to type on the tablet

Willow's weak fingers fumble and fail to disconnect the wires from her head. She flops back onto the medical bed in frustration. "What are you doing?" She questions again

"Scanning your kryptonite in your system and comparing it to the kryptonite that was in the atmosphere." Brainy tells her, still typing. "Hmm...curious." He whispers, moving over to a holographic computer and analyzing some data

"What's curious?" Willow asks but Brainy doesn't answer, only continues typing on the computer. Willow lets out a small groan as she pushes herself up to her elbows again. "Brainy, if something is going on inside of me, I need to know."

"I'm comparing your kryptonite to the kryptonite that was affecting the atmosphere." Brainy tells her

"You already said that." Willow tells him. "Why?"

"Because..." Brainy starts, looking over at Willow. "The kryptonite that releases from you has a human – well, alien – element but it's DNA based nonetheless. But the kryptonite in the atmosphere has an earthly element."

"You mean a rock." Willow states

"Precisely." Brainy says. "You needed to release all that kryptonite into outer space because you, an alien but still DNA based, cannot hold elements that are not within your DNA structure."

"So that's why I keep exploding green?" Willow asks

"Yes." Brainy tells her. "But I am also comparing your scans to last year and I have good news." He says, typing on the computer and bringing up a side by side view of her scans. "There's no longer a kryptonite bomb in you."

"Thanks." Willow says with a smile, although she already knew that

"There's also one other thing." Brainy tells her. "Because the kryptonite that runs through you is DNA based, you will not heal from touching the rock."

"I didn't think I could." Willow says with a shrug. "It's never been that way for me before."

"That means your body is going to have to heal you." Brainy says. "I will get you back to your motel and then I need to run." Brainy says, sitting down in the chair to control the spaceship. "You should take a nap or something."

"Where do you need to go?" Willow questions

"I have to be on a roof for brunch." Brainy tells her

"Sounds fun." Willow says, flopping down onto the bed again. "Bring me some food?"

"Will do." Brainy says, controlling the ship to take the two back to earth

"The last time I was on this rooftop, it was like an aerial junkyard." Alex says as her, J'onn, and Kara walk on a decorated rooftop. "Shards of glass, rusty bikes, abandoned appliances."

"Apparently that was the last time anyone was up here, until yesterday." Kara says

"You mean, you planted this garden by yourself in one day?" J'onn asks

"Well, super speed helps." Kara says with a laugh

"Well, it's nice to see you so happy, Kara." Alex tells her
