Positions

Note: ALL POSITIONS NOW REQUIRE HAVING A DISCORD ACCOUNT.
Some positions, though, are up for discussion if you absolutely can't get it for whatever reason. Members who signed up before this was a requirement don't need to have Discord, but it would be good if you do have it.

INTERVIEWERS
[ 1/3 ]

Role Description
• Review judge forms for our contests, take care of the judges' short trial period.
• Hold a small interview with candidates (some interviews will be very short, others longer— it depends on the position they are applying for).
• Give your opinion on whether a user is eligible for the position they applied.

Experience/Requirements
• Must be on Wattpad for at least 6 months.
• Be active on Discord.

EMERGENCY JUDGES

Role Description
• In case a regular judge is unable to judge, you will be called in to judge.

Experience/Requirements
• Must be able to judge on short notice.
• Be active on Wattpad.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have proper grammar/punctuation skills.

SEASONAL PATROL
[ 4/4 ]

Role Description
• Look over participant forms and make sure all rules have been followed (you will be tagged on the participants' form).
• Check to see if a book is eligible to enter.

Experience/Requirements
• Be active and check your notifications often.
• Must be on Wattpad for at least 4 months.

GRAPHIC DESIGNERS

Role Description
• In charge of making the stickers, book covers and more art-related things for our community.

Experience/Requirements
• Must have at least 3-4 months of experience in graphic designing.
• Work for another community as a graphic designer or have your own graphic portfolio.

PERMANENT JUDGES
[ 2/10 ]

Role Description
• Will judge at least one genre (6 books) every season.

Experience/Requirements
• Have judging experience.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have good grammar/punctuation skills.
• Be active on Wattpad.

DISCORD MODS
[ 1/5 ]

Role Description
• Help new members adjust to the server / reply to questions that members have.
• Maintain peace / delete hateful comments.
• Inform us of any violation of the rules.

Requirements
• Must know how to navigate Discord well.
• Must be very active (on Discord, not necessarily on Wattpad).
• Be on Wattpad for at least 6 months.

ADMINS

Role Description
• In charge of accepting forms and adding the books to the participants list in our contests.
• Execute tasks related to awards that are assigned by the founder/ambassadors.

Requirements
• Must have worked at a managerial post in one other community for at least 2 months.
• Must be active on Wattpad.
• Must have worked as a discord mod in our community for at least 1 month.

COMMUNITY REPS

Role Description
• Join our affiliates' servers and inform us of anything important.
• Seek out users who seem to be active in other communities, and invite them to either judge or join our community.

Requirements
• Check your Discord at least once a day
• Must be on Wattpad for at least 4 months
