Not only was he gamer but he's a good custom toy maker he made custom figure of Skarlet, jade, Kitana, nitara, Sonya blade, Cassie, mileena, and frost (just look at the previous chapter) one night he wished that all his creations would come to life and so his wish came true.

Cassie Cage: I think we are at our masters house
